Nice setup . For people on the budget > I recommend using Inkscape software . Easy to work with open source software . You can donate if you like ... Also using thermal printers its good way to enter .. You can only do B/W labels but it will get you going .
Can you explain more on how to do this?
Not everyone is rich to afford this kind printer that is almost $2000. Must be nice. I'll stick with something else that gets the job done and is below $100.
Thank you for a convincing argument about label printing. 👍👏
Roughly how many labels do you get per set of cartridges on average?
The printer is out of stock...any other recommendations?
What software do you use to create your labels?
Which software to use to print labels?
How do the labels hold up to moisture? Do they need a time to dry so they don't smear?
Hold up perfectly like an industrial label.
No peeling or bleeding at all
Do you sell your labels for growers?
That's something I would probably be willing to do. Feel free to DM us on instagram or FB Messenger.
What is the Cost of printing your own vs buying already made?
Does it print more than just labels? Like template, rack cards, other color documentary?
Document, not documentay
Do you ever have to clean the nozzles after extended non use? This is the problem I had with my $150 inkjet printer but wondering if that's an issue on the higher end printers.
We haven’t only because we don’t really have extended non-use.
We use it almost every other day 😊
Great video series
What label software are you using?
You don’t need any.
Just print to it like a regular printer. Just make sure your image size is the same size of your labels.
@@PrincetonMicrogreens so then are you just using something like Microsoft Word to setup your label templates?
@@friesen07 not sure you understand how this label printer works.
It prints one label at a time.
When you create your file in photoshop you can size it by inches. Save it as a 3” x 4” file.
After that, you can right click your label JPG or PDF image in file explorer and click print.
It’s effortless. No setting up.
Hey, whats the dehumidifier you use?
70 Pints/Day, but upgrading to a 100Pints/Day soon
@@PrincetonMicrogreens How much did you pay for the 70 L one?
@@jonnyspot9877 $50 on Facebook marketplace ☺️
@@jonnyspot9877 Just realized i said litters instead of pints! Sorry!
@@jonnyspot9877 www.amazon.com/COLZER-Commercial-Dehumidifier-Dehumidifiers-Basements/dp/B08HMPX11H/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=B08HMPX11H&qid=1620354998&sr=8-1 Just splurged on this one.
can you maybe do an overview of the different tastes of all the different microgreens u know? 🤗 im looking for mild tasting ones that i can sorta use as a "lettuce substitute" on a daily basis (things like sunflower micros for example...and not something like radish which is too powerful to eat a loooot of imo 😅 - radish is more like a spice than a salad base 😋)
