Consequences range from breaking up with his own famous idol girlfriend to being criticized fiercely by their own fans, and the situation was so bad that their management company had to release an official apology.

I believe Yunjin was joking with it, Leeseo was just 15 and yes she has a right to say if she likes the cute manufacture personality or not. With Giselle was just tired and taking out of blown out of proportion and ive fans need to stop being sensitive. With Somi, she was just joking on twitter but the rest with the Starbucks i can't excuse.
You are spot on! I also think for the most parts, people are being emotional, which is understandable but not necessary. But for the Starbucks incident, for Somi and other idols, it's hard to fend for them 🫠

In general K-Pop fans need to chill. You will live a much happier life if you choose to view things on a more possitive note. None of these stories are even close to be signs of Low EQ or even worth talking about. The exeption being the pushy bodyguard. He needs to go to prison.

Why are K-pop fans so sensitive? I love Kpop but the online fan-base just seems so immature that they have a problem with everything an idol does. So what Somi used a starbucks cup? What if she bought it before the whole issue blew up? Don't think she ever voiced her support for Israel. Second of all, here are some arguments against what you've said.

a. Given your position, I assume you're anti-Starbucks, which is valid. However, have you used Starbucks ever since the war broke out? I'm sure you did. Israel-Palestine has been an ongoing issue for decades and I doubt in the span of these years have you never used Starbucks or purchased their product.
b. Somi's use of a Starbucks cup after the war broke out by your point is no longer relevant as the war broke out long before Somi's birth, therefore it would be inconsiderate to judge her by the TIME she bought the cup in.
c. It isn't too difficult to realize that Somi's purchase of one cup isn't gonna contribute anything to Israel realistically speaking. Just because she used a Starbucks product, it doesn't mean she endorses Israel. Because by your logic, most brands and companies you use in your daily life such as Adidas, Nike, various skin care, home appliance brands all are connected to notoriously unethical causes. For example, most of the companies you've consumed in your lifetime may be connected with the Rothschild family who are notoriously rich and also corrupt if you do the research.
d. Common sense, c'mon. Does Somi or any idol using a product then mean anything?
It's important to be informed and critical of what you're saying and also what the matter at hand is. I don't support Israel either but it's important to rather be careful and aware of the brands you are purchasing from rather than straight up bash a person for the company they used.

As I said, you should know that Somi used a product, that's it. If you're using that logic, every single celebrity should be fairly to brutally held responsible for the words and actions they've made in their lifetime. The only difference between Somi and all of us is that she works in an industry where she has succeeded and received attention and we haven't. They're are still all regular people.

Remember, they can pretend that they are the victims and giving them attention should not be done. In the first place, why isn't she moving from her place. She had a camera and she knew that the boys would walk in her direction but still she didn't move and just took pictures. From the very start, why does she have to be there? Airports are usually the crowdiest and messiest if the idols are coming from there. I do understand that maybe as a fan, they need to be there. But for me, as a fan I have to give them space because most idols are being harassed by the same people who are claiming that they are their fans. So to avoid accidents, she should never be in that place. By the way, how did they know that the idols would be there at that time and day? I don't think they mentioned it.
