- For those who are not familiar with Kpop, they may claim that Kpop groups are “identical”, or “indistinguishable”. But that’s totally not true. In fact, entertainment companies always create new and appealing styles as well as concepts to make their idols stand out from a sea of talented new artists and groups.
Despite that, a huge number of skilled and good-looking trainees would still be eliminated by companies as they do not fit the concept of their prospect groups. Even after overcoming a lot of competition and successfully debuting, some idols are still said to not visually fit their groups’ concepts and here are some examples.

eunchae is great in le sserafim, but tbh garam’s absence made her stand out more and she’s much more confident in antifragile
Yeah, Eunchae and Garam were the two youngest members and they have that kind of relatability. With Garam out of the picture, there's an obvious age gap between Eunchae and the other members, she's 3 years younger than Kazuha who's now the second youngest. Being the only adolescent left, she's obviously going to be far behind in terms of skills but she's gonna get there eventually.

Our maknae EUNCHAE is doing her best. Honestly I can't take my eyes off her in their latest comeback 'Antifragile' she executes a powerful dance. If Garam is still with lesserafim well they are both new and don't have any experiences on stage.

I think the netizens who claimed Sullyoon is a misfit and doesn't have any talent are the ones who knew Nmixx a couple of days ago and just because she's a visual they use that stereotype to assume she's talentless. She can sing, dance, rap and her stage presence has improved since the O.O era. Also let's be honest, she helped a lot with Nmixx's reputation/popularity especially in SK.

Yes, of course. She was also the face of the group for the same reason, too. If you decide just drop a person into a band for the first time, don't be upset just because that person failed the first time. Sullyoon was new like everyone else was and was trying her best to fit in, and the concept as well as with the other members.

Eunchae definitely is Le Sserafim… individually Le Sserafim member fits in the group concept and style as fearless. Namely Chaewon and sakura being fearless joining or being in the new group with new concept, new style, new dances and new trend. Kazuha the ballerina being fearless on how she will showcase her dances in the group. Yunjin with a soulful voice, badass/rockstar vibe being fearless on how she will showcase her voice in the group and now Eunchae the maknae a 16 yo with a voice, visual and dance talent, definitely fits in the group, shes the trend setter for the group, as maknae her role is big, being fearless is what it takes to be in Le Sserafim…❤❤❤

When it comes to the stage she is the least noticed, I will say that. But like many people said she is still getting used to everything. The tight schedule and keeping up with VERY TALENTED AND FAMOUS members. Of course it's no question why she is the least noticed but need I remind you, being a Kpop idol is more than just the stage. You make content to entertain fans as well, and we get to know the members on a personal level like knowing their personalities and such. Eunchae's position as the 'maknae' of the group definitely fits her, 'cuz we have this stereotype of the youngest either being cute and kind or chaotic and likes to tease.
She's a fun twist 'cuz a lot of maknaes now are kind and like a baby. Gentle, cute etc. But Eunchae is the latter, she teases her members a lot and we get to see a lot of funny interactions between the group because of her. If Eunchae wasn't in Le Sserafim and Kazuha would've taken the role of maknae tho Kazuha is very cute indeed, she's also very elegant which makes her look very mature. Eunchae has a lot of room to improve and she will seal her place in Le Sserafim but it's only been a few months and people wouldn't even give her the chance to do so.
She's also talented, all of them are strong dancers like what? Plus she also mentioned that it's only been a year since she had learned how to sing, so cut the girl some slack and give her time. For her cute visual, did y'all see their reaction video to the Crimson heart Promo video. Everyone was complimenting about her visual and how she looked beautiful in that video, so you see. Her visual will eventually form into a much more matured look so give her time to be a teen while she is one.

Honestly Eunchae might have shined better in New Jeans. LSF’s concept is flirty, dreamy, playful, “expensive” and confident. Though Eunchae does bring the youth and freshness to the group full of sexy, sassy and experienced talents, it’s hard to deny that her marketability isnt on par with others.

It's hard to balance everything. Is like you want to match a concept but at the same time make each individual stand out in their own way. Easier way is to just add some1 who doesn't look like they fit the concept.
I don't know why but these members that "don't fit the concept" are my favourite as they visually bring something to the group I can't explain it but it just makes the group stand out more and the idea of everyone fitting the concept doesn't sit right

As you know, Dahyun became more mature and on the feminine side now compare on her first years since as she confess that its her first time to show more of her shoulder and back unlike on the DTNA era that she was so shy to wear a bikini.
Variety in visuals, aura and overall personality is what brings 'flavor' to the group. What's worse is if one group has similar visuals/concept. That would be bland and boring.
Eunchae is great for lesserafim, if u say she’s talentless ur obviously blind. She has great vocals and she is good at dancing. She might not have the best talents but that doesn’t mean she’s talentless and she’s still learning so who knows? In a few years eunchae could become an all rounder and prove all these blind idiots wrong.
i used to think that's as well until i seems to realize many companies actually did choose one or two member that not fit the concept purposely for balancing the interests and not making it boring. and i actually agree with that. and usually this kind of image are being held by visuals.
jisoo is like a box of paradox, that you wont knew until you open it wit h your own hand. YG push the feminine and elegant concept on her while she is actually one the boyish character alongside lisa. unles the work mode she usually wear a baggie clothes or the elegant sexy type of one, not the soft cute type of thing. her clothes range are usually dark too. she is polite and friendly but savage as hell, aint no way she'll listen to any fans word if it didn't fit with her opinion too.
she indeed lacking in some term of idols like dancing or vocal growth, but as someone who has been folloher journey, personally i think those thing happen because of lacking motivation not unprofessional type of reason.

I do agree with Jisoo and Eunchae. For Dahyun, I would say she does fit Twice's concept; she is just the most uncommon name that people rarely hear when they think of Twice. Instead, they always know Twice because of the name Nayeon, but you know what.... just because you don't always hear the name in your favorite band, doesn't mean they should be the misfit. They are just underrated. If I had to choose between the girl bands for Jisoo and Eunchae, I would say that Jisoo would do very well in Everglow because of the surreal and mature image. Eunchae would do very well in Oh My Girl, along with Sullyoon because the both protray an innocent, cute and iconic concept.

i just recently explore about NMIXX. Their performance and vocal are so strong. Their song "Dice" is so good that i think should have won many charts. Unfortunately, thats not happened. I don't know why but i'll be ready to support them to win for their next comeback. Sulyoon definitely the one caught newer fans in their MVs, but to me their variety of vocals and tone combination are their best. The can be the next Mamamoo. I'm looking forward to watch their other contents.
As for Eunchae Le Sserafim, i love Manchae so much. I don't understand why some people think she is not suitable for Le Sserafim concept. Her intro for Anti-fragile is so stunning. The visual followed up with Chaewon does give strong chemistry to their song. Beside, if she have been given sexy cloth or sexy choreography to suit mature Le Sserafim concept, these people who critize her for not suitable with the members will critize her again for not being appropriate for her age. So, those critics just to trap her.
I know I might get lots of hates and I’m a BP OT4 fan and each member of course has something that another one doesn’t have but when it comes to groups, dancing gotta count a lot and of course sing or rap when we combine all that’s when we get really awesome shit ... but to be honest Jisoo when it comes to dancing, nope, Dancing is not her thing to be honest but compare to how she was at debut, she kinda improved somehow but there’s still something ... Jisoo if she was a Soloist and who doesn’t have to dance just sing that would be awesome coz she’s a good singer but when she’s dancing with her members it’s like she’s trying to figure out the next move and she looks like she’s a little behind with the choreography and that’s why it looks sometimes weird and stage presence gonna look not good.
