It's crazy that I have been into fitness and sports for most of my life, and I know I had to do something. Thanks to you, I have been inspired to make a comeback. That's great to hear! If you want to improve your health whole foods is the way to do that. Wholefoods plantbased keeps you healthy and strong! 💪 Look up The Game Changers, Forks over knives and What The Health.
Instead of croutons, have you thought about beans? I usually boil up garbanzo or black beans (not canned). They don't need salt, and add them to a salad. For dressing I do evoo, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, and a little bit of hot sauce.
I do 20 minutes on the stairs. 1 mile under 10 minutes on the treadmill, 200 jump ropes into 10 push-up burpees right into a 1 minute plank. I do 3 sets of the jump rope, burpees, plank. That’s my lose weight workout.

Hi Ashton i am a big fan and have been following you for a very long time and I train harder and build a lot of muscle because of you my body fat percentage is between 20 and 25% but my question is i weigh 81 kilos and am 1.82 tall should i eat like this or should i eat more unsaturated fats to build more mass? Sociopaths excluded.) if you are against animal abuse, the way to start living in alignment with your own morals and values of being nonviolent towards others, is to eat plantbased. If you care at all about the well-being of others and not causing them harm, Look up vegan top athletes and bodybuilders. There are so so many. Quick Q bro, so at 200g Protein a day, that’s only 800 calories … and you’re doing no carbs and naturally occurring fats aren’t much so it sounds like you’re hitting between 1400-1800 calories a day. Is that right? For someone of your size? I’m about 185 and in pretty good shape. Currently hitting between 1500-1800 a day just don’t see how the math is working out but maybe there’s something I’m not considering?

I find times when I would need a little bit of healthy carbs to help push me through my workouts. or does your body eventually adapt and get used to going on with hardly any carbs?
Looks like it. No need for no salt. If you eat like this, your sodium will be very low anyways. Cut out high sodium foods and sauces, and use that extra sodium for your proteins instead. As long as you’re within 2000-3000mg of sodium a day and drinking tons of water you’ll be fine.
