why did that dude in the first part wink at the cop when they was talking in the back of the squad car? idk, maybe im just being overly suspicious but that looked funny to me lol
The cop asking folks that live in Cleveland why they have loaded guns in the house....im over here in Texas like wtf would you have unloaded guns in your house. Bad guys load their guns before they kick the door in.
When you are executing a warrant for a drug house....you really don't have time to baby sit and cuddle with the kiddies until the grown ups are dealt with first. I think the ones who didn't give a F about them were their caregivers putting them in that environment.
@El general, my bad for late reply, yeah, because everyone nowadays will claim police brutality even if the officers in the right, keep in mind this was 1993 things have changed considerably since
Cops don't mess around. They were serving a warrant on a strange house. They don;t know what;s behind that door, how many occupants, or where the guns were. Police business is dangerous business.
He is deaf doing sign language and I want to say reading lips hey they are very smart to be able to do what they do and read lips and do sign language impressive though think about a regular person trying to learn sign language and read lips
I didn’t like Officer Tom Ward’s attitude towards that woman at the end of the episode on the domestic violence call. I get officers see a lot of the same bad stuff over and over again and that can make them jaded but still, you gotta be somewhat empathetic and he sure wasn’t. Poor woman just got smacked around and she’s in tears and he looks and sounds like he couldn’t possibly care less.
The Cleveland episodes are much appreciated.
The deaf guy broke my heart. My cousin was deaf and i understood everything he said and he didnt do any sign language. im from cleveland also.
Nobody asked for your life story.

His name is mike, from my old neighborhood 😅😊
The deaf/mute guy articulated what happened better than most people who can speak.
You can tell this is the 90s haha “Now we’ve got drugs in the house too.” And he pulls out maybe a half gram of some terrible weed haha

Rude awakening eh?
Those dudes were east side Cleveland legends, Gary "squeak" Workman and "Butchy". Both passed away but both were wild dudes but good dudes.
Those dudes also found out that the deaf guy, his name is Mikey, he didn't even have the right title for said car and all charges were dropped.

Cops never filmed in Detroit.
Segment 3- the police tackling that guy is one of the greatest takedowns ever.
Yeah...then they give him the bum's rush out the front door and to the police car.
Though I would have hated it, the Browns could have used the cops as linebackers for Bill Belichick…
4 guys on him and he's still shoving them back into the table. 🤣 That drunk grunt as they piled on top of him. 🤣
1:43 The ultimate game of charades
Ok... the officer got it totally wrong on the first encounter. The gentleman is deaf. He can make sounds. He is NOT mute. He is simply deaf.
It takes a special kind of loathsomeness to steal from a deaf mute person.
Thank Gonzales and Mullins for responding and coming to that man's aide.

Great episodes. To think, 90% of these cops and perps are probably retired or in nursing homes now. Crazy!
