1994 was the 7th season of COPS during the 1994-1995 season on Fox. Season 7 of COPS brought additional changes: Malcolm Barbour retired from producing COPS after 6 seasons as co-creator and executive producer (1989-1994), with COPS creator John Langley becoming the sole executive producer. With Season 7 of COPS under its belt, COPS received its fourth and final primetime Emmy Award, Rescue 911 was in its 6th season on CBS during the 1994-1995 season, Walker, Texas Ranger was in its 2nd season on CBS during the 1994-1995 season, America's Most Wanted moved to Saturday nights on Fox at 9:00 PM and the 300th episode aired, Models Inc. aired in its first and only season during its short run on Fox, The Simpsons was in its 6th season on Fox during the 1994-1995 season, The X-Files was in its 2nd season on Fox during the 1994-1995 season, and Fox began televising NFL football games as NFL on Fox made its debut in 1994.👍
@joshhuntsman7139 I'm 99% sure he meant he doesn't like being nice & giving people a break or not having the ability to arrest someone, just for them to take advantage of that & cause more harm to the victim & he has to come back out & spend more time & resources on something that could have been prevented sooner. I wouldn't like that either I don't care how much I'm paid. It's not about them not wanting to do their job. I've seen enough videos where I can completely understand why some officers won't be nice & give the person a break. One where they pulled a guy for speeding, the guy was trying to impress his date, the officer let the guy go & not much later was called to the scene of an accident where the same guy & his date were both dead from his wreckless driving. They try to be nice & of course they don't like it when that turns around & bites them in the ass.
