I just got custody of my kids. The only way and I repeat the only way that I got custody is because during the hearing the judge ordered us to take a drug test before 4:00 pm. It was 1:00 pm when the court was finished. We had to drive 1 hour away so she didn’t have time to thoroughly clean her system. She passed the urinalysis test but failed the hair test!!
Not true at all. Many many parents in the USA don't even have custody of their children either their parents, sisters, brothers, aunt's, unless or even grandparents have their children. It's seriously sad how many grandparents have to raise their grandchildren in the United States!! I was raised by my single mother & crippled grandfather & never had my biological father at all but my children have both their parents my parents and their dad's parents come visit come get them every once and a while to spend some quality time with them but my babies are always home at night. I don't understand how these people do this to their children I just can't wrap my head around all of this seriously !! The USA judges give custody to whoever is the best interest for the child or children & give child support to whoever has been raising the children without support from their biological parents!!

I don't know how, but my dad didn't have to pay child support even though he was making $75k a year in the late 70s-early 80s. My mom literally worked till her hands and legs cramped up providing for us. She passed away 2 months ago. R.I.P. Momma. I miss you every day.
