On the estimator on the download link. On the speed tab there was no equation for baseboard, just a static 335 there. I believe it needs =Material!D14*'# of Coats'!K6. Thank you for this estimator software!
Hey I am bidding a paint job where they have water damage to the ceiling. The dry wall is still intact but the water stains are on the edge of the ceiling where the ceiling meets the wall. there is no stain on the wall. How do I explain that the walls will need paint as the stain can delaminate the the paint at the top of the walk later on.

Hey Steve, is the up to date version of the big generator, w/all 3 templates available, with the one I copied awhile ago doesn’t have the exact outcome/numbers after copying your example here? I know you’ve already sent the new templates but I may have mixed them up again….I know you’re busy and didn’t want to bug you as I know your time is valuable and that is more important, so at your convenience this would be certainly a blessing for me. also, let's say you measure a room and the are two doors, then you proceed to measure the hallway connecting the room and bath, would you count each side as one door, or do you count it once?

Is it best to round up? I noticed that you entered whole numbers for length and width. Does it matter if you use whole numbers or not?
Don’t round up. Use the full number.
When you round up it looks like your guessing. It they thing you’re guessing they will negotiate your price down.
Hourly Sell Rate was not clearly defined at the beginning of the video. Half way through and I am still guessing what it is.
