Special Investigation: Chaotic Gore Magala Vs. Adrenaline Hammer - 特別討究 渾沌に呻くゴア・マガラ ハンマー ソロ【サンブレイク】

So I made a SI video with both Gore and Chaotic Gore before but Gore was the afflicted one, not Chaotic.
So it's about time now I did SI Chaotic.
Thoughts on Chaotic Gore haven't changed ; this is by far one of 5th Gen's best fights and is an incredible step up in terms of quality compared to base Gore in SB. This monster has a great moveset that's relatively unpredictable, with just a few "patterns" you can see coming when he turns to face you or does a side-step.
Chaotic Gore also becomes even faster and unpredictable when it is in its pink horn mode, which makes for fights that become slowly more intense. In that state, Chaotic becomes seriously erratic and will often target everything around it, making it less predictable and slightly harder to fight with Hammer ; this includes buddies, which are usually completely ignored by monsters in this game, but Chaotic will often attack them.
Chaotic also has amazing sound design and I mentioned before that I think it has one of the best cutscenes in the series by far ; it almost makes you feel bad for it, and you have to put it out of its misery.
A funny thing also is that fighting Afflicted Chaotic is like putting down a creature that has two cancers ; its failed mutation attempt, and being swarmed by the Qurio on top ; Chaotic cannot catch a break.
This was a good run, although I lost a lot of time with the Marionette Spider attempt + Chaotic didn't even hit the starburst bugs. An interesting thing about Afflicted Chaotic is that if it enters blue/pink horn mode during the Delirious state, it extends the timer of that state, giving you more Qurio Cores to destroy for even more damage. This is what happened in this run, but it's possible to deal too much damage too fast to Chaotic and get it out of the Delirious state before that can happen.
It's been a while since I made a video like this with a ton of editing, I really hope you will enjoy it, this one took me a while to make.
