  • Question and answer session to speakers. I mentioned that I would be putting this session out into the public domain. If anyone wants anything to be edited or removed please get in touch and I will take it out. I feel these questions will be useful for the tinnitus community. If anyone is interested in helping write out the transcription I have done the first half and I can send that to you and you could please complete it so that I can put the words out under CC. Email me on info@juliancowanhill.co.uk and I will send it to you

I find if I’m occupied I hear nothing . But I still drink too much to calm me down so it’s definitely a stress related condition.

Thank you so much for this, just listening to there stories & advice makes me think if you can all do it then why can't i!!!! I have headaches & dizzy spells with my Tinnitus which is also hard to deal with. ( MRI & CT scans came back clear).

It was a quick fix for me though. Luckily listening to Julian's thoughts and words helped me recover within a few weeks. I don't buy in to radical fasting. Diets can be useful for many conditions, not tinnitus xx

Its stress, some people are more sensitive(which would come down to genetics.. or other environment factors), diet is a huge part, constantly distracting yourself, feeling good about yourself and loving yourself another huge factor, my tinnitus is very loud atm, cause my gf left me, my cat died, ive been smoking lots, I've got no job, no direction and I feel broken inside

Sound quality needs fixing. Or maybe subtitles?

I got tinnitus 4 months ago and just started getting visual snow. Is this common with tinnitus? It's like a static television over my vision.

according to what I heard if it is common to have that when you have tinnitus but they are the first symptoms that go away when you get better

Sorry for the poor sound quality. If you feel like transcribing the words I can then put them out there. Thanks.
