Try upper cervical chiropractor first and also work on clean diet and stress level . I'm going thru the same it is taking long time to see improving but it will happen. He is right its in the nervous system ! Chiropractic is essential !

@@alexandrap.961 Hi there , I hope your well &...Thank you for your reply . Im happy to say that my Tinnitus at this time is virtually zero ... from where I was when I was first struck ... a level 10 ... suicidal ... I can now say that today Im living my life...pretty much tinnitus free...without hearing my Tinnitus at all during the day . Furthermore in the evening ...when Im in a completely silent room ...its way way in the back ground and is decreasing as I head toward full recovery. I got to this place by calming nervous system largely by following Julians advice and finding my own methods. We can all get better. Best wishes to you. Ade.

Chiropractic plus Acupuncture and Julian’s vids are the reason I’m still around today. Of course I’m biased because I am Chiro and an Acu in the States lol …. But Julian’s vids and app Quieten are helping through a very difficult time. Thank you both for all you do.

This is a helpful discussion! I have certainly experienced tinnitus decreasing when I'm at peace and nutritiously sound (I notice when I eat worse, or eat more sugar it puts my body in a state of stress and makes tinnitus louder). Tinnitus used to disappear for me when I went to forests, as they were a source of huge peace for me. Every time I went back to my source of stress, the tinnitus came back.

I have the same thing! On vacation certain aspects of my tinnitus deminish completely. Just wish we could make it temporarily go away. I have very good and very bad periods. But there should be a way out I'm optimistic.

Thank you Julian Cowan Hill. Your videos have helped me greatly. I bought your book, read it, and applied the methods you recommended. I still have Tinnitus but it is not the huge problem it was six years ago. Thank you.

Hi, thanks so much. I have your book and it has been a God send! I am deaf in one ear with Tinnitus. Audiologist/ Consultant said I may as well not have the ear because it's dead. Sad but
    I can live with that.
Can I still get rid of the Tinnitus? I live in hope.
Love and light to everyone living with it. ❤ ❤❤❤

    • @JulianCowanHill

Yes. I lost hearing twice and recovered from the resulting tinnitus twice. There are millions of deaf people with no tinnitus. There are millions of people with perfect hearing that do have tinnitus. Getting your nervous system to down-regulate and filter out the boring background brain buzz helps you get better. Follow the advice on my app www.quietenapp.com to learn more about how to achieve this. Hope this helps, best wishes Julian

My T started after a bacterial infection which caused me to loose hearing. I am now wearing a hearing aid which has helped lower T a little bit. What else can I do to reduce T being it started from an infection? Thank you in advance for your advice. D
