I've owned 3 blades over the years (the original Urban Tiger, the 954 and the 2008 1000RR) the one thing they all had in common was comfort (for a sports bike) and being "rider friendly" in that as soon as you threw your leg over them they felt like you'd been riding them for months. which seems to a trait with most Hondas.
I own a 2007 Blade, and upgraded to the 2018 SP. Yikes. It is fantastic. It feels like a 600, really comfortable and fully adjustable. Easy to ride in town bumbling around - but very stable out on country roads and very, very quick. I'm 62 and feel like I'm 22 !! Thanks Honda
Great review. U are absolutely right about the comfort! I own a 17 black CBR RR with the ABS. Best all round sport bike I've ever owned. It's by far the most comfortable on the road. Very refined and great ergos. I've had an R1 and ZX636. This bike is way more streetable. I'm 5'8" 145 and it fits me like a glove. The fit & finish is impeccable. Stay safe!
What sold me on the Fireblade relative to an R1 or a S1k was the comfort. Like you said, you can slide your butt back to assume a sporty position, but you can also ride it fairly upright. I bought one a few months ago and I love it, and I do commute on it. I've actually grown to like the indicator position. It's the most used button for me, and it's really easy to find when it's at the bottom of the cluster.
He does ! That means I can lay here on my bed in my pants, glass of cider in hand, three codeine pills en-route to gutsville, relaxed as can be, my 15k still in the Nationwide earning 0.7% interest and not be killed by a granny pulling out of a junction in a Nissan Micra with the eyesight power of a hedgehog called Cyril wearing an eyepatch on a particularly blindingly sunny day. Keep it up, good vid.

Cheers Rob - Yes this really was a great bike, especially in the comfort stakes. When I got home I took my Panigale for a ride and realised just how comfy the 'blade is for a sportsbike....
I never use the mirrors, only when slowing down at a stop light, want to see if a car is up my ass, i own the SP2 version, bike is incredible, I rarely get it past 11k rpm, its gets really hard to hold onto above 10k. I test rode the Ducati V4 just before making my final decision. The Honda is better street bike, Ducati is too track focused!! I love anything with 2-wheels!!
He would know that if he would've taken it over 6grand.... I really think this euro trash is just a asshole and very pompous prick that doesn't really ride

Oh hey Neil, the old CB 500 is the bike I actually have my eye on, seems like a really neat little naked bike! "ride and tinker with" is exactly what I had in mind. What are your experiences with it? Would you recommend getting one?
What possessed Honda to forego a quickshifter as a standard option - if anything, like the S1000r 2017 it should have a downshifting function too - heard you howling past Chalfont St. Peter's Mr Flyer.
This was the review that got me to buy one pick up a 2018 next Thursday that has a QS on it can't wait. Got to say the guys at Robinsons of Rochdale are really good to deal with also 👍
Nice review as always. Wish I had that wheelie control on the '98 900rr I tested a couple of years back, I couldn't keep the front wheel down! Keep up the good work, always enjoyable. RSM8
Good to hear from you again Ian....and yes that wheelie control was really something, makes numpty riders like me able to control such a beast....cheers - TMF
Great review, I like the way you talk about the bike and fairly honest opinions etc, I just got a 18 plate Blade, 1st ever Honda after R1's and GSXr's and zx9's, must say this is a gorgeous bike, plenty of power and nice to ride up to 100, after that it gets a little hard work holing onto it, the fairing as you said isn't man enough, I've bought a puig screen, better but still the fairing is small after the last R1 I had, that's the only criticism I have tbh, love it !! and just to say, can believe some of the idiot comments you get on here, what is wrong with people ?? if they dont like your reviews don't watch em, no need for abuse FGS !!!
Surprised by the screen/wind - my '04 model isn't that much different. Without doubt, I actually prefer the airflow from my Fireblade than my '01 Pan European - barn door screens do keep you dry in pouring rain, however they also tend to produce vortices that can be quite uncomfortable. In the Pan' s case, it produces a significant downdraft, and with my C3 Pro helmet, I get significantly more wind noise from the Pan European, than indo from the Fireblade. The anti wheelie control on the '17 blade doesn't operate until the front wheel comes off the ground - it operates by detecting the difference in rotation speed. You probably just needed to give it a bit more roll-on at higher rpms to experience that. The gear change did appear to be clunkier than would've expected - maybe just needed breaking-in. Another lovely review. Ta.
As usual good to have a review from someone who is not a complete nutter but likes to see what the bike can do. Certainly looks tasty enough! Thanks. Oh for some fast roads!
Another great review TMF and honest to that's what I appreciate about your reviews. I have a cbr600 it's my first bike but the blade is my dream bike I'm just under no illusions that I'm not good enough yet to be behind one. One day though........
Bought a new one back in 1999 , great bike the fireblade , just relived my youth a bit for the length of this video , I'm looking at too much of your videos lately they're making me want to trade my 2016 BMW r1200r for something with more go in it but if I do it will prob be a super naked of some sort but I might get a test ride on one of these first :)
A good review, thanks. How about testing the Ducati SuperSport? Be keen to know what you think of it as I'm looking at it as a do-it-all adventure bike replacement?
Thanks as I test rode the baby Pani last year then recently did 20 min on the new Fireblade Sp and want to now try the standard one. interesting your comment on the suspension vs the Pani you have. Initially thought bout would be similarly stiff. Also seating position I concur this Honda seems roomy even people like me with some integrated air bag can lean on the tank while riding and it feels comfortable for what a sport bike is.
Yes I rode my Panigale as soon as I got home after riding this - fireblade is way more comfy and the suspension more forgiving - the Panigale is definitely more "hard core" and more difficult to ride (but still ballistic and brilliant, plus it looks nicer :0)
Great review , nice to see the bike revved right through the gears instead of thrapping the nuts of it and never getting out of 2nd before easing it off , surprised it's as comfy as that , I always thought these super sports were the type you perch on top of , would be a good addition to your man cave ?
I like your reviewing style...simple yet pretty much informative ...Not so ostentatious as some of the reviewers out there... You said it's such a perfect machine for commuting...Does it have that low end grunt and tractibility as similar to that of previous gen fireblades...and what about heat dissipation mate...
Thanks....didn't notice any heat dissipation issues (but then I'm used to riding my Panigale!) and it seemed to have plenty of low end grunt for me, although of course the bulk of the power is up top....cheers - TMF
Another good review MSF, awesome bike, but my licence wouldn't last long on the Blade. Any news on the Honda Rally, you could be the first U.K based to review it properly, as no UK journalist have bothered as yet! Keep up the good work.
I'm probably in the minority here, like Paul, I'm not interested in the big bikes and I too would like to see what you think of the Crf250 Rally. Look forward to watching your review, very soon I hope 😉
“This bike’s suspension doesn’t kick me out of the saddle like the Panigale does” have you not had the Panigale’s suspension setup for you? Best £70 i ever spent on my Z1000SX. Another great review by the way...
hi sorry for the delay getting back to you only just seen your message. both my bikes i had sorted at this place close to box hill www.stevejordanmotorcycles.co.uk/ hope this helps
I've been looking at FTR suspension in Braintree - they do a set up service for £40+VAT...thinking of taking my Street Triple there in the first instance...should have got it sorted long ago...
Informative and entertaining - well balanced review. Lack of a stock fitted Quick Shifter is puzzling and the price is *steep* but seems to be quite the machine.
Hi TMF, another great review, I already have a BMW K1300S, but would like another bike. Always wanted a Ducati, but worry about the running costs, which all my friends say are very high? My question would be if you had to choose one bike, what would you take, from Fireblade, S1000RR, Ducati Panagale, or a Street triple? So which do you like to ride the most? I'm 6ft 2 BTW.
good review sir.... i rode the new blade aswell and its funny how u noticed the lack of wind protection aswell. i bought my blade new in 2016 (last old model) and the fairing on the old model is way better. i ride mine thru germany often and cruising still feels comfy till about 240kmh... the electronics? i dont need them...apart from abs mine has no electronic safety nets luckely.... all in all i agree with u about this new one but dont feel i would want to swap it for mine... the new is in fact still the old one but with a serious makeover (frame/engine/forks/brakes all the same still) and the pricetag to match it. go ride the old model if u have the chance and u will see what i mean...a super comfy daily usable bike with good wind protection and perfect for the german autobahn.. and an occassional visit to the nordschleiffe...:)
Thanks Hessel, yes I'd love to ride one of the older models, I'd not really thought much about the Fireblade in the past but now I'm very much a fan! Thanks for watching and for stopping by - TMF
I think you really enjoyed yourself on this one.... I must say I do miss an inline 4 to my 848 SF..... lovely bike, but just lacks that wow factor look !!!!
Raiden X I’m certain you’ve discovered the differences in the past 10 months, however for everyone else wt the same question: the ‘17-‘19 blade is 33lbs less than the ‘16 and earlier models, as well as 10 hp additional, and the modern electronics package, (if you need such a thing).
Thanks for the vid Missflyer, looking at one of these and it`s great to get a good quality onboard footage. Just a note about your riding, everyone will notice. On the upshifts(I always winced) you tend to hold the throttle shut for a bit too long whilst the clutch is already re-engaged and then you ham fist the hell out of the cush drive and all other drives really. Reflection on this might remove the crying out for a quickshifter, better gearbox etc. to a large degree. I won`t start about the downshifts. Disclaimer: If you`ve had a wrist injury, I apologize for being a d... :)
Great review, looks a class bit of kit. I'm personally unsure why anyone chooses to ride any of the modern crop of 190bhp track focused sports bikes on UK roads. Virtually all would need the speedo blurring before changing out of first gear.
The claimed wet weight is 196kg. I think it was mcn that weighed this at 193kg wet the sp at 193kg wet and bmw s1000rr at 211kg wet. It is a very light bike.
...ah thanks for the clarification, I was getting my numbers from MCN so that makes sense - impressively light machine then on paper and in reality....
Nice one! Good review, good commentary. Are you planing to review Honda's entry bike into world of "sportiness" which is (in my opinion) Honda CBR650F ? I was considering this bike for very long time and would be interesting to see/hear your thoughts about it. All the best, keep up the good work. ;)
+Apurva Agnihotri very difficult one, would need to ride them both back to back again. If money was key defo the GSXR, if money no object...more tricky!! I'd be happy with either in all honesty....sorry for the cop out!
what about the zx10r krt ? nice road bike plus quick shifter and all the electronics too and very reasonably priced ! kwakky not worth a mention? 😏only asking as I just bought one ....Mrs not impressed 😀.
I like the look of the GSXR 🙂 Enjoyed that. How do you keep hold of your license on that? I guess the screen is designed for the tuck. In summary this would frighten the crap out of me.
Yeah, these bikes are missiles aren't they, you have to be one very disciplined and lucky individual to not lose your licence on one of these rocket ships...
So what would you recommend for a road rider that enjoys twisty roads, long trips and the rare track day out of the CBR or R1? I currently own the 2008 CBR and I’m looking to test ride both the new R1 and CBR soon.
I got the matte black fireblade.Yo, when you open yours up on the highway does it sound like a rattling under tank. Or could that be my Rpms to low when I juice it maybe? Notice it in 5th an 6th gear around 38-3900 the I open it up hard and it's noticeable.
really enjoy your reviews. thanks for sharing an honest opinion. I have a question currently I ride 899 panigale and I want to move up to a liter bike. Naturally my first instinct is to make the transition to 1299. After your review of the Honda do you feel 1299 is worth the extra 10,000. I absolutely love my Ducati, the quality and unbelievable riding experience. Another option I was considering was 1199. Would like to hear you thoughts on the different bikes. Thank you!!
Thanks Ernesto - Personally, unless you're a track day god, I wouldn't bother with the "upgrade" at all - the 1299 only becomes noticeably faster than the 899 when you're above about 80 miles an hour, and the 899 to me feels just as fast as the new Fireblade! Probably stay clear of the original 1199 as that is a bit of a difficult animal to ride on the road compared to the 899/1299....ignore everything I said if you're after a track bike only.
This bike beginner friendly with the new modes? I had a 600rr for a while but I’m still Not very experienced but it fits my height and is super Comfortable so I’m Iffy on getting it
Great review mate! Suzuki GSX R1000 review next? I'm reading a lot of very positive reviews about that bike as well. I just installed an Akrapovic slip-on exhaust and the Tuono sounds amazing! Uploaded a short video on Instagram if you're interested.
@@TheMissendenFlyer thanks alot I would also like to mention that I need a bike which is the best for streets I am not a freak who would even think of driving it at 300 my dad has a Busa which I've driven up to 130 clicks only so which would you recommend now thanks for your opininion
Good review! So from what I gather the standard Fireblade 1000RR doesn't come with ABS? You have to pay slightly more for that? I guess thats not too bad but imho all bikes in this price range should have ABS standard. Really miss having a sport bike maybe its time to fix that :)
Its a bit odd in the US there looks like there is an ABS version that is $300 or approx. £200 more. Seems like a no brainer but over here people aren't always believers in ABS.
Well you tell me what it did better than the bmw? nothing, and this is coming from a Yamaha owner. Bmw was faster around track, makes more power, has better brakes, has more electronics and is also a comfortable road bike.

I guess it's in the eye of the beholder!
You don't really need a quickshifter you just need to know how to treat the clutch, throttle and gear shift
You dont need one but damn they are fun
Do you really need a bike? No, but you get one anyway, and usually happier for it. The same goes with a quickshifter:

In the Pan' s case, it produces a significant downdraft, and with my C3 Pro helmet, I get significantly more wind noise from the Pan European, than indo from the Fireblade. The anti wheelie control on the '17 blade doesn't operate until the front wheel comes off the ground - it operates by detecting the difference in rotation speed. You probably just needed to give it a bit more roll-on at higher rpms to experience that. The gear change did appear to be clunkier than would've expected - maybe just needed breaking-in. Another lovely review. Ta.
Cheers Jme Be!
Don't forget the new gsxr1000. Great review.
Yeah must get that lined up - thanks for watching - TMF
As usual good to have a review from someone who is not a complete nutter but likes to see what the bike can do. Certainly looks tasty enough! Thanks. Oh for some fast roads!
Yeah, too fast a machine for around here....licence (or worse) would be gone in a trice!
Another great review TMF and honest to that's what I appreciate about your reviews. I have a cbr600 it's my first bike but the blade is my dream bike I'm just under no illusions that I'm not good enough yet to be behind one. One day though........
Thanks Karl, and yes a beast of a bike, definitely not for the feint hearted....your time will come! All the best - TMF
How the he'll do you ride with your hand half way down the throttle
Bought a new one back in 1999 , great bike the fireblade , just relived my youth a bit for the length of this video , I'm looking at too much of your videos lately they're making me want to trade my 2016 BMW r1200r for something with more go in it but if I do it will prob be a super naked of some sort but I might get a test ride on one of these first :)
It's not actually possible to watch too much of my videos ;0)
lol keep em comming , enjoy them all
Thanks :0)
A good review, thanks. How about testing the Ducati SuperSport? Be keen to know what you think of it as I'm looking at it as a do-it-all adventure bike replacement?
Yes I would love too, just a matter of finding someone to lend me one! Stay tuned, I'm working on it!
More than the tft screen blurred once you changed mode 😀
Great review of a great bike. My all time favorite sport bike
Cheers Karsten....great name too eh?
First Fireblade came out in 1992....enjoyed the review.
Cheers Phil...
Lovely bike and another great review.👍🏻
Thank you AJ...
Cool thanks mate I struggle to get my head round all these fancy rider aids maybe I'm to old for change 👍🏁
Actually I'm with you on riding modes, not convinced I need them, ABS and traction though I'll take if available...
I think this is a great bike!
Me too...
Great review , nice to see the bike revved right through the gears instead of thrapping the nuts of it and never getting out of 2nd before easing it off , surprised it's as comfy as that , I always thought these super sports were the type you perch on top of , would be a good addition to your man cave ?
Naa, the Panigale fulfils my sports bike need...love that thing :0) Thanks for watching and for the kind comments - always good to hear from you - TMF
+TheMissendenFlyer cheers mate..thanks for the reply
No worries...
Another good review MSF, awesome bike, but my licence wouldn't last long on the Blade. Any news on the Honda Rally, you could be the first U.K based to review it properly, as no UK journalist have bothered as yet! Keep up the good work.
Thanks Paul - I've put the wheels in motion, keeping my fingers crossed that I may get a go in the next couple of weeks...stay tuned!
I'm probably in the minority here, like Paul, I'm not interested in the big bikes and I too would like to see what you think of the Crf250 Rally. Look forward to watching your review, very soon I hope 😉
Great job as always.
Thank you RB - good to have you along...
“This bike’s suspension doesn’t kick me out of the saddle like the Panigale does” have you not had the Panigale’s suspension setup for you? Best £70 i ever spent on my Z1000SX. Another great review by the way...
Thanks Howard - and no I haven't, but I have been thinking about it, where did you get yours done??
hi sorry for the delay getting back to you only just seen your message. both my bikes i had sorted at this place close to box hill www.stevejordanmotorcycles.co.uk/ hope this helps
Yeah I agree Scott, the QS is a must though...lovely machine!
Holy moly, I think I just peed watching you ride this...LOL!! Great vlogs mate..
“TIGHT AND LOVELY”
Hi TMF, another great review, I already have a BMW K1300S, but would like another bike. Always wanted a Ducati, but worry about the running costs, which all my friends say are very high? My question would be if you had to choose one bike, what would you take, from Fireblade, S1000RR, Ducati Panagale, or a Street triple? So which do you like to ride the most? I'm 6ft 2 BTW.
Well I love my Panigale for that certain X factor, but the bike I'd ride (and do ride) the most is my Street Triple....I'd have one of those!
The reason i threw in Street triple is that the recent MCN review totally raved about them, thanks for your reply.
For good reason!
good review sir....
i rode the new blade aswell and its funny how u noticed the lack of wind protection aswell.
i bought my blade new in 2016 (last old model) and the fairing on the old model is way better.
i ride mine thru germany often and cruising still feels comfy till about 240kmh...
the electronics? i dont need them...apart from abs mine has no electronic safety nets luckely....
all in all i agree with u about this new one but dont feel i would want to swap it for mine...
the new is in fact still the old one but with a serious makeover (frame/engine/forks/brakes all the same still) and the pricetag to match it.
go ride the old model if u have the chance and u will see what i mean...a super comfy daily usable bike with good wind protection and perfect for the german autobahn.. and an occassional visit to the nordschleiffe...:)
Thanks Hessel, yes I'd love to ride one of the older models, I'd not really thought much about the Fireblade in the past but now I'm very much a fan! Thanks for watching and for stopping by - TMF
no problems, its people like u that make youtube interesting with good honest reviews..
so thank U for that...
Very kind of you to say so - thanks again...
Loooverly bike! Want one. Nice review, thanks.
You're very welcome Martyn, thanks for watching....
I think you really enjoyed yourself on this one.... I must say I do miss an inline 4 to my 848 SF..... lovely bike, but just lacks that wow factor look !!!!
Yeah I did Glenn, amazing bike to ride but I agree on the Wow factor....
How are they compare to previous gen Fireblade? I had a 2014 Fireblade and thinking about getting the 2017 Fireblade. I loved the 2014 Fireblade.
+cubax599 Thanks for watching!
Good review good bike. Honda does things well. but what happened to the revised Goldwing and the concept, Neowing, trike-like bike?
Thank you Louie - good to have you along...
Great review when you do ride the s1000rr could you get into the electronics and rider aids if you get time to fit it all in cheers 🏁
+Tony Roberts Will try - I'm riding it today ;0)
Great review!
Thank you Jo!
I like the auto blurring display that kicks in at 59mph :D
Yes amazing the new features these electronic laden bikes have isn't it....great to hear from you again HH - it's been a while, how are you keeping?
All good Sir, all good. I see you're having lots of fun so no doubt in fine fettle yourself :)
Yes couldn't be better thanks - very much enjoying my early retirement :0)
Great review, looks a class bit of kit. I'm personally unsure why anyone chooses to ride any of the modern crop of 190bhp track focused sports bikes on UK roads. Virtually all would need the speedo blurring before changing out of first gear.
Yes I tend to agree, these bikes have waaaaay more performance than you ever need on the road....great fun though and beautiful bit's of kit...
All the best, keep up the good work. ;)
No firm plans at the moment although I am working my way through the range so stay tuned!
awsmmmmmm review mate...just a quick question...cbr 1000rr vs suzuki r gsxr [2017]..which one would you opt for??
+Apurva Agnihotri very difficult one, would need to ride them both back to back again. If money was key defo the GSXR, if money no object...more tricky!! I'd be happy with either in all honesty....sorry for the cop out!
THANKS A TON FOR YOUR TIME...SAFE MILES .
As of April 2018 I am seeing $12999/$13999 tagged for this bike(brand new) in California. This is frankly a fantastic value.
Agreed....
Can you add quickshifter to this if it doesn’t have it from the factory? How is compared to your panigale?
It has a quick shifter as standard - doesn’t look as nice as my Panigale but is much easier to ride….
what about the zx10r krt ? nice road bike plus quick shifter and all the electronics too and very reasonably priced ! kwakky not worth a mention? 😏only asking as I just bought one ....Mrs not impressed 😀.
...better to beg forgiveness than ask permission and all that eh? ...and no, I've never ridden a zx10....must put that right....cheers!
Bro how hot does the bike get in traffic??
More than ur panigale??
Great review btw 👍👍
Didn't notice any heat at all, not in the same league as the Panigale in terms of cooking the rider.......
TheMissendenFlyer thanks man .. am planning to buy this bike ..
...you'll love it - enjoy!
I rode it the other day No heat at all. Ducati Super Sport s Fries Ur cobblers :0
I like the look of the GSXR 🙂 Enjoyed that. How do you keep hold of your license on that? I guess the screen is designed for the tuck. In summary this would frighten the crap out of me.
Yeah, these bikes are missiles aren't they, you have to be one very disciplined and lucky individual to not lose your licence on one of these rocket ships...
how does it compare to the S1000RR? comfort, electronics, city riding,...
thanks for the vid sir.
Very similar, the Honda possibly more comfy, the BMW more refined....
So what would you recommend for a road rider that enjoys twisty roads, long trips and the rare track day out of the CBR or R1? I currently own the 2008 CBR and I’m looking to test ride both the new R1 and CBR soon.
Well they are both cracking bikes - I prefer the R1 though...,
TheMissendenFlyer thanks mate, watching your videos from Australia, love your work.
I got the matte black fireblade.Yo, when you open yours up on the highway does it sound like a rattling under tank. Or could that be my Rpms to low when I juice it maybe? Notice it in 5th an 6th gear around 38-3900 the I open it up hard and it's noticeable.
Yes I think you're probably changing up too soon....
Bike shouldn’t have any rattling shouldn’t matter what gear your in might pick up slow but there should be no rattling take it to your service centre
Love the chanel very good. Can you make the bmw g 310 r review? Thanks
I'm working on it - stay tuned!
Thanks like I said good chanel good reviews. Great ins from Portugal
Thank you!
really enjoy your reviews. thanks for sharing an honest opinion.
Thank you for the advice. 899 is an amazing bike.
Sure is - I love mine.,..
This bike beginner friendly with the new modes? I had a 600rr for a while but I’m still
Not very experienced but it fits my height and is super
Comfortable so I’m
Iffy on getting it
+michael scoulfeild No way - this bike is not for new riders! Avoid until you have a few years riding under your belt...
Thanks for the reply.
Great review mate! Suzuki GSX R1000 review next? I'm reading a lot of very positive reviews about that bike as well. I just installed an Akrapovic slip-on exhaust and the Tuono sounds amazing! Uploaded a short video on Instagram if you're interested.
Cheers Pete - I am working on the Gixxer....read good things about it but boy is it ugly!
Would you recommend this 1000cc bike over others in this range I am willing to spend more pounds on its upgrades
I think I might prefer the Suzuki GSXR1000.....
@@TheMissendenFlyer thanks alot I would also like to mention that I need a bike which is the best for streets I am not a freak who would even think of driving it at 300 my dad has a Busa which I've driven up to 130 clicks only so which would you recommend now thanks for your opininion
You great TMF!!!!
The question is:
CBR 1000 RR 17' or GSXR 1000 17'?
By the way... I just got my SD1290R 18' !!!
Congratulations! Tough call between the Honda and Suzuki - I’d go Suzuki I reckon....
Would like you to do a vfr1200f review too. Thanks
Yeah I love the looks of those - I'll see if I can get a go on one at some point soon....
Wich one is better overall in your opinion and why?
Bmw s1000rr or Kawasaki Ninja zx10r?
(everyone can answer)
Awesome review man, I'd look at this or something similar but I'd lose my license or a few limbs.. Still good to have a look @ :)
Yeah I tend to agree, I love sports bikes but boy you need to be careful on 'em....
I had a Daytona for a little bit- I figured I would kill myself eventually on that
Good review! So from what I gather the standard Fireblade 1000RR doesn't come with ABS? You have to pay slightly more for that? I guess thats not too bad but imho all bikes in this price range should have ABS standard. Really miss having a sport bike maybe its time to fix that :)
No, ‘course it has ABS, it has to to pass Euro 4....
Its a bit odd in the US there looks like there is an ABS version that is $300 or approx. £200 more. Seems like a no brainer but over here people aren't always believers in ABS.
MCN rated it very highly, looks like nice bike $24000 here in AU.
...it is a beauty!
MCN were paid by Honda for that win, it was so obvious.
No way, give MCN some credit!
Well you tell me what it did better than the bmw? nothing, and this is coming from a Yamaha owner. Bmw was faster around track, makes more power, has better brakes, has more electronics and is also a comfortable road bike.
TMF isnt paid by anybody (correct?) :) nah serious keep up the great work and content i look forward to it!!
Good review as ever, I'll take one. In black.
Cheers Sam....
