Is it possible to auto-mine through a nydus? If so that would make a good beating grand masters with stupid stuff; 'expanding' without building hatcheries...
Currently looking at Kevin in G2, having just hatched his Roaches. 15:50 I am screaming at him to move down the ramp to at least look for bunkers. He's going to get bunker contained isn't he?
A fair question to ask, and asked so politely too! The way I viewed the situation in the moment, was that Harstem had already won, if he made the right decisions. Namely, if I were in that situation, I'd shut down my opponents production (getting roaches on top of his producing barracks) - then counter-attacking. All the while, naturally, sending in roaches from my proxy hatch. The only way this wouldn't work, is if my opponent delayed me getting on top of his production, by getting bunkers down. Now his opponent didn't add any bunkers, but we saw a similar scenario where his production overwhelmed what Harstem had left in his homebase. Instead of the game coming down to 57 minerals, I think those initial three roaches could've beaten up the 6 marines the Terran had at the time and just.. forced those barracks up into the sky. Whether a bunker had a made a difference, I cannot ultimately say, since we didn't see any.

Harstem playing protoss: oracle constant production for the price of 150/150 causal at 3:30. Harstem playing Zerg: everytime nydus networks surprises me how expensive It is at 3:30 to just build a single building capable of teleporting all ground units.
That tripple barrack proxy game, he could of center his marines, and taking a high ground iwth a ramp and use the tripple barracks as a wall. Marine range is 5, Roach is 3, this would allow him to defend against the roaches and use the scvs and the mules alive, but that takes an active response... He would of lost about a minute 30 for traveling across the landscape. with the cc, or dependng what ground nad moving the cc and marines up, this would force you to scout, by the tiem he has reset himself, he would then have 6 scvs, and about 4 mules, against, 3-5 drones, with whatever is left. as roaches... This is a different thing, so the terran I htink could of won, in a defensive turtling in that state.. marines behind a wall are extremely effecient, and the distance, would allow him to put you a danger mode... againt takes an active thought and plan, to recoup.... Instead he muled around and moved the cc back and forth knowing a hatchery is there, he oculd of jsut flown over it and headed off .. yeah high ground and barracks wall off top ramp or bottom ramp... would of given him easy rebuild, terran is extremely effecietn at coming back in a game with a few minutes to rebuild...

If your opponent has no air units that is a bit of an issue. Quite likely vs protoss and zerg.

Nevermind, 1 minute later its resolved with the opponent having gone completely moronic. :D
