They did Crystals, MC Thunder and Hypa Hypa live with Nico and it was fantastic.
Thats where i first heard it and i actually prefer it live with Nico!
I love how Eskimo Callboy finally gets the respect they deserve. They have gotten a lot of flak by the wider metal community because of their costumes and their overall goofiness, so it's great to see them appreciated for being the great band they've been all the time. That said, I'd like to see you react to some of my favorite finnish metal bands: Amorphis (Death of a King, Amongst Stars, Black Winter Day, and of course, everything else because they are that great :D) Insomnium (While we sleep, Heart like a Grave) and Bloodred Hourglass (Six Feet Savior, Waves of Black). And yeah, that's just the tip of the iceberg, because for some reason, Finland seems to have more great metal bands than they have inhabitants :D

I really enjoy the song. The only gripe I have with Sushi, is that there isn't a separation between his and Kevin's vocals. Sushi seems to want to be the lead singer, so Kevin is just relegated to the background. Kevin could not be there and it wouldn't effect the song much because of Sushi doing both the clean and unclean singing throughout. Kevin barely has anything that is just by himself. I can see why he said that there is more of a collaborative relationship and more chemistry with Nico, because Nico doesn't try and push Kevin to the background and the band is having way more fun it seems now.
Never heard of them until Hypa Hypa, I've since gone through their whole catalogue. They have some bangers. Check out their full 2020 Wacken Set. The new guy sings a lot of the older songs really well.

Which is tonaly similar to this track and a few other older Eskimo Callboy songs. I really love it and would love to see you checking him out too.

This song led me to EC. The whole "Crystals" album is awesome. Take "Monster", "Baby (T.U.M.H)" and "best day" for example. Last one has its own Video and is ...quite different. Maybe you should react to that.

Hey Tank, I used the time after my late shifts the last days to watch your channel and your vids. Have really fun to watch your reactions, your gear knowledge and that you´re emotional with the music. Keep on going! Just sth to say you could have a look at: "Lord of the Lost - Raining Stars" it´s a complete other style of music, but they are from germany as well and the voice range of the front singer ist great man, maybe you will have fun with that!

Late to this reaction but went the same way you did. The newer stuff drew me into them then i went down the rabbit hole and found and fell in love with this song and Sushi's Cleans are really nice. This is now my favorite but i still absolutely love the new goofy ones. Also love Best Day and The Scene with Sushi
Heya! Found you through the Eskimo Callboy reactions and I'm loving your content. A lot of knowledge paired with an engaging personality. I was wondering if you could do a reaction to a song by Grand Magus. It's swedish band I think is pretty underrecognized. Hammer of the North, Triumph and Power, Frejas Choice or Steel versus Steel would all be great choices (but I don't think you can go wrong with any other song aswell). About Nico singing this, they did a 1 hour live stream event, mimicking a live show, "Wacken world wide", a few days ago. Replay's available online. Definitely different, but still dope IMHO. Nico's overall performance on this live gig was insane. Cheers !

I'm about 4 years late but the guitars they're using are both Ibanez, AX (double cut with the tree of life inlay) and FR (single cut). They seem to use Ibanez before they got a Schecter deal after their recent success. It has to be post Hypa Hypa because in that video Daniel was using the white Fieldy K5 signature.

This is one of my favorite EC tunes! I love their off the wall crazy shit but this just blows me away. IF you haven't seen it yet you should check out their vid Prisms the official one and maybe the acoustic one after. Another very different style. I hope they add some of this style as well as the newer stuff because I like the contrast.
