Nobody’s even talking about those gorgeous lophophora! 😭😭😭 I see tiny ones go for 150 in the states easily and that big one would’ve been 300+ over here! If only they were legal we could be growing those lil fluff balls
Omg as a Haworthia collector, Japan is one of the best places to visit. Some are expensive because it depends on the rarity, form and patterns on the leaves, the parentage, and how long it took to cultivate. Currently eyeing a Haworthia Urahannya. Nvm on thinking buying the variegated versions of these plants. It'll burn a hole in your wallet lmao
Great!😆🤲💖🌵I actually live about and hour away from that nursery, but I haven't been there. I usually go to my Home Depot for cactus👌I think definitely that Nursery has amazing cacti and they are worth the money. Thanks for this tour🤲🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Wow, so cool to see that there is such a huge variety of succulents and cacti. The ones you find at the european markets tend to look all the same quickly.
This reminds me of the botanical garden. The succulent area is locked up because thiefs too a lot of plants. The now only open up once a year when they are in bloom - with a guard. Yes, thieves are a major problem in botanical gardens!
Man some people don't deserve the privilege of visiting a botanical garden. Nature and education should be free to all people, but not to this disrespectful criminal scum.
Not all Succulents need south facing windows the ones that you were looking at the Aeonium’s and many other species only need west facing windows, as long as you have bright light, meaning at least 4 hrs a day of bright light, that could mean east, north and west light as well, watch your light, Be observant, Watch plant videos until you understand what I mean, and you will understand, and never ever pay that much for a succulent, Watch videos and learn how to propagate, While you were are watching hunt videos you will find out where people buy their succulents from if you pay attention, read comments if you can, never pay $400 for succulent or any plant, never have and never will, from a Canadian to you, we are one people, love to all plant collector’s worldwide ❤️❤️❤️🌹🇨🇦
4:00 I've seen these here in London for about £48, a single one and the bulb thing was probably around the size of an iPhone so much smaller than the one in this video. However there was no green leaves as it was dormant with it being summer.
WOW, absolutely stunning plants and great video, many thanks for sharing!!🙂 I too am a passionate succulent plant lover and I really enjoyed your video! Happy growing and greetings from my channel and greenhouse in southern Germany, Joe
This stuff u can find it here for much much cheaper, after watching this video I collect like almost 100 kind coadex , hawortia and cactus already. Thank u 💓
There are so many cheap and great cactii and your local cacti and succulent society may have sales/shows and usually people sell little rooted cuttings for almost nothing.
You seem to be little rude person ..when she show you the one is not rare and try to say you do not have time . You probably get money from you tube to use her shop just be nice guy ...rare or not they are beautiful to see as is
crazy thing is your seeing how nice poached products can look, most of the specimens in there look straight outta habitat. 4:27, its pachypodium bispinosum. but when the package just says tanzania thats all you know about it .. sad
Ridiculous prices. I don't care how long it takes to grow them. That's overpriced. And precisely why plants are crazily priced everywhere you look, because people pay those prices. I've even listened to several well regarded collectors speak about the price gouging in the plant world. If people would quit paying these high prices, I guarantee the prices would go down significantly.
These plants are all fairly priced when converted to usd. These aren’t your everyday succulents you buy at Home Depot some in this video are easily 50 plus years old. Again these are all extremely rare plants.
That Japanese woman guiding you around is priceless. I wish she had her own show, I would tune in religiously!
That ladys voice is so soothing. Very Calming... I didn't know succulents could be that expensive. Some looks like legit Pokémon.
Wow weirdo alert
I would die and go to succulent heaven if I saw all of those $20 haworthia hybrids
Nobody’s even talking about those gorgeous lophophora! 😭😭😭 I see tiny ones go for 150 in the states easily and that big one would’ve been 300+ over here! If only they were legal we could be growing those lil fluff balls
you can grow them but you just cant sell them. try growing from seed!
Yep totally legal to cultivate everywhere but california and I think 1 other state in the us. Just cant sell the plant of seeds xD
I was eyeballing those too !
Well, some of the Haworthia are rare hybrids. You pay for the cultivation time. It can take anything from 5-15 years to get that size. Awesome🙂
Such a beautiful nursery! Gotta love the interesting cacti

If I ever own a south facing window I'll for sure get more into succulents ☝❤

Oh geez, I’m just like you. I know nothing about the cacti euphorbia caudex succulent world 🤣
If you don’t know what’s rare, just look at the price tag
Caudices are the one for me.
Whoa, those golden barrels are huge. They looked like they need repotting. How much is one big one?
No plant should be illegal, except poached plants.
I"m so glad I live in Hiroshima! These are too expensive!! a lot o those tiny ones I can get for like 300 yen here...
