Very cool to see how you did the closed transfer loop, for some reason I thought you had to push in co2 from your co2 tank but it makes sense to do it the way you did.

Great video. What a good set up you lads have over there. Definitely learned that I need to update some things after we move into our new house.

Nice video, thanks for sharing. I have pretty much the exact same equipment as yourselves so it was very interesting to see how someone else does it. The main departure from my method is that I put the dry hops into the Fermzilla at the start when pitching the yeast - negates any risk of exposure to oxygen. Anyhow all good, your NEIPA looked great !!!

Thanks, we've never suffered oxygenation, there's so much Co2 in the fermenter that it's really a non issue, however it's great that people do things in different ways. Please subscribe, we have more videos coming soon.

Hi Lads another great video I have a couple of questions for you :-
What method / equipment do you use to transfer from the keg to the bottles?
BTW the bottle labels are stunning what software do you use ?
Keep them coming it’s a big thumbs up from me 👍🏼

Hi, we just use an eBay counterpressure bottle filler, works fine for the odd bottle we need. Thanks for the great feedback. Btw, I use Photoshop for my labels. 👍

Top Video gents. Nice to see some locals creating content like this. Are you using local water? I can’t get a consistent answer on minerals from Severn Trent so using bottled to build up the profile I need.

Hi, we don't use the tap water, it's not great for beer. We use demineralised water, and add the salts and minerals to style.
