- hey boos, it's been a pretty good week over here. staying disciplined with my diet, hitting the gym regardless of my cycle making me feel moody and of course having lots of matcha!
MoMo Cafe is hands down the best matcha cafe in all of Atlanta, don't let nobody tell you nothing different, okay! if you're not in atlanta and wanting to try matcha at a cafe, just ask for an iced matcha latte with oat milk and add whichever flavor/sweetener they have.
also, this protein pasta dish i made for dinner was diviiiiine. y'all def need to give red lentil pasta a try if you haven't! i've been loving it as i'm trying to lower my carb intake. anyways, i hope your week is going amazing! sending you big, big hugs. take care all ways, always. enjoy! xo ❣️

As for alcohol, I have a stocked wine chest but I don’t drink daily cuz like you said, it’s too draining. Thats not what wine is for. It’s supposed to be a blessing. I pour a 3/4 glass of wine on Saturday evening for wellness (my heart and respiratory system benefit tremendously. That small amount is more than enough and just perfect and if I go to a party which would be like a few times a year, I keep it to one full glass or two 1/2 glasses. But again, finding what works for you is one of the greatest blessings in life. I salute you Amani, on your journey. Keep shining.
