    There isn't a Sound salary system in Royal mail, over the years of experience workload will be more and not pay, lack of mental health concerns inside, lack of knowledge of managers in the local area demanding more workforce..

    After many years on the Railway , I am not too certain of my current job at Royal Mail with agency staff getting paid more then Royal Mail staff that’s not right .. I follow with interest, having been a union rep in the railway industry. The high turn around of staff both Royal Mail and agency staff maybe says it all. All ways plenty of agency staff , with better pay on temporary contracts it seems , over Royal Mail staff pre Christmas it seems . Knowledge is power , in industry. The people with knowledge will walk if they do not get the pay they deserve. Better to have people committed to their place of work than walk away . If they had a better pay system. A constant reliance on agency staff will not work for any company . Fair pay is only right for Royal Mail staff , not agency workers getting more pay for doing same job. We all need to Keep on fighting for fairness and workers rights . On a personal note a 30 hour week has been the most attractive thing about working for the Royal Mail , not too many hours and not too little hours.
