This is a lovely property what's are the sizes of the rooms they look a bit on the small size for an over 2600 sq ft property. Do you happen to know the room sizes. The kitchen especially looks ridiculously small for the house.

What if rains come and those all sofa and stuffs will be wet , how will we protact and what if a sand storm comes though ?
Luckily we have on average 320 days of sunshine, so very little rain 😊😃 and no sand storms

Another rebuilt house, I can’t believe how many old houses have been redone in the Nueva Andalucia area, I often wonder if it’s the same guy buying old houses all over Nueva Andalucia.
Unfortunately, prices have come down and they’re still going to go even lower.

I have a townhouse and a villa in Nueva Andalucia, the villa I’ll do some improvements and then I’ll decide whether to keep it or sell it.. the townhouse I’m going to sell it, but I’ll wait until the situation improves.
I just don’t understand all these old houses being rebuilt and then asking for a bunch of money, I’ve seen so many old houses being rebuilt in the last few years, it’s crazy, this is not the market of 2006-2007, this is 2020 with a pandemic.

- Every architect can build an angular concrete house. By the way... will last not longer than 40, 50 years.
- 01:18 Flaw. Banister of glass. Mounted ony at one small line at the bottom? Will definetely break if you lean against (by accident).
- 05:02: Flaw. The doors have not the same height!? 3M house?!
= Kitchen? A matter of taste. But nice integrted fridges (better than not matching steel in a $50.000 kitchen)
- If your're getting older you will damn all these stairs ans steps.
if stairs are a minus for you as you age, you made the wrong lifestyle decisions while you were young.
