Too many USA youtubers feel the need to fluff or exaggerate: every kitchen has "endless storage" and every room is '"perfect". It's very tiring for us Brits whose forefathers were known for their modesty and understatement.

It’s amazing, but I think I’ll just use my €1.5M to get an apartment in California or New York 😂😂. Seriously though, I’ve seen a lot of house tours, and this one nails it. The developers did a great job of leaving “empty space” for the eventual owners to impose their stylistic preferences, infuse the property with their own colors, stuff, etc. Edit - Also, I just found your channel, and I’m super impressed with your tours. The only other person I like this much is Enes Yilmazer 😊🙌🏽. Keep up the excellent work, Ioana 😊❤️. QUESTION - Is it just me or do “cheaper” mansions tend to be “higher quality”? They seem to have more thoughtful design elements. For some reason, this is better than most $60M homes. At least in the US. Does anyone have a take on this admittedly subjective assertion? @Trev Channel - Yeah that is true! California has a lot of problems unfortunately. From earthquakes every once in a while, to a lot of homeless people, and a lot of strange people too! I grew up in California but now live in Washington north of Seattle. Some of the west coast "weirdness" can be charming, but other parts of it are not charming at all. But I have to say that some of the expensive homes in Los Angeles are the best looking homes in the world for a more modern look. USA is a land of extremes, from extremely bad, to extremely incredible. Europe overall is less extreme, and has a rich history and unique cultures that USA can't have.
