The difference between pool and billiard is the size of the table one is smaller than the other a billiard table will take up much more room than a pool table. Also, a billiard table is standard for those who professionally play use and the same one they used on TV competitions.

There's a better solution for the TV in the master bedroom. put the TV on the wall above the bed, and have a bed with two full-size headboards, all you need to do is turn around in bed to watch TV and also, you can see the TV from the rest of the room. I love the house, but I'd put the toilet in a fully separated room rather than a gas station stall.
