Lots of beautiful houses in Soto, but alas to much ‘dog droppings’ on every street…gardeners blowers alll day long…it’s like a mini noise town for all and sundry 8am till 6 pm

The materials and finishes are very interesting, but the ceiling is low and claustrophobic. The light features are gorgeous.
The ceilings aren’t low, if you only focus on the doors which themselves are already over 2m 50 cm 🙌🙏

Now coming to the property, i would say for the asking price of 2 million dollar this is a great deal. The elegant design, soothing white colour of the house and a well thought out design and interior makes it a great deal.

OMG !! This is my dream home. This is just insane design and so modern. The backyard area with the BBQ area is the best as it all lines up perfect with outdoor dining and outdoor chill area. Is there any way to get a house plan of this house? It's so beautiful❤

One tiny ‘niggle’ (as we say in the uk); all the smoke from the BBQ will rise up and travel along under the roof and travel up outside the house. It will also travel into the kitchen . It needed a canopy extractor over it . Other than that it’s a beautiful house.

Beautiful house. However, I don't get the obsession with Italian marble and stone when you have equally great (and in some cases better) marble and stone in Spain itself.
You are very right, Spain does have some pretty amazing marble 👏🙌 just this kind came from a cave with fossils inside the marble and that’s pretty cool 😎

Very cosy. That's a home. Only major thing I would change is with that master bedroom terrace, seems like a lot of wasted, unused space. Maybe knock through the wall of the bedroom at 11:23 to make it en suite also.
If this thing had a view that the back garden looked over it'd be a 10/10 property, one I could easily live in and wouldn't be hesitant to spend money for.
I'd wonder about the area it's located too as €2m for a house this lovely is way lower than I would've expected.
The only think I liked is first floor open space toward outside area. The natural shade cavity is pretty cool especially there you can put outside tables and chairs.
