I presume it’s because you would never want to swim inside if it’s sunny over 320 days a year.

Guys...no words...BEST property ever by far, in muy opinion of course. The problem is that is not in Sotogrande...but WoW guys BRAVO. It's just a ten...It has everything but location and me as owner.
