In GT Sport pushing the knob takes you to the ps home screen and turning it pauses the game. It doesn't double up anything on GT Sport. I haven't played around too much with it on Assetto yet, I will certainly check it out and get back to you. So far I like the wheel though.
I checked it out and you're correct. The L1 button is mapped to number 8 and the number 7 and number 13 are broadcast settings and PS home screen. Luckily you don't need a lot of functions for GT Sport and Assetto. Haven't tried it with PC2 or F1 yet. Good pickup mate, hope it isn't like that on PC>
How do I activate this steering wheel? Someone please help? I see the light on in the servo base and the wheel spun when I turned the power on and everything but not able to use it in F1 2019. What am I missing?
Thanks for the vid fella, I bought a T300 RS GT edition with playseat Evolution recently. My SIM rig is basic, your vid has given me the confidence to buy this, tho the Sparco wheel is what I really want for the look and feel. Is the Sparco versatile enough for F1 and is it worth the extra money compared to the Add on F1 wheel in your vid?
MorfieZ No worries mate. The Sparco is great for rally and some GT racing. I don’t think it would be overly good for F1. The only issues I have with the Sparco is that the paddles are small and quite flimsy compared to the Open wheel and also the d-pad is an awkward knob that isn’t very good. The open wheel button layout is far superior. Hope that helps bud.
Senna Moorlag Hi Senna. I use the T300rs with T3pa Pro pedals. Depending on your budget you could move up to a T-GT wheel base. Thrust master are also about to release a set of load cell pedals as well that look decent. Hope that helps.😀

How do I change the settings on my GT sport Thrustmaster Open Wheel Add On ?
It sounds like I’m ripping on GT Sport a fair bit but I’m not. I think Assetto has far superior physics but the FIA racing in GT is just awesome!
I agree and would b better if consoles had fov , pc2 got problems but they got that right

What ffb and sensitivity did you use in settings in gtsport?
Generally run between 4 and six for both. Depending on the car.
