I reckon the building will be an exact match for what most prospective buyers are looking for: status. It is however impossible to avoid a feeling of coldness and a lack of human touch which are typical of this market segment...

You got it right but then it exactly matches what a typical buyer of these properties seeks: status...I reckon many will spend in there probably not more than just a few days per year. Impressive in many ways but not a home...
This would drive me crasy to catch an elevator whenever I needed to drive somewhere. and needing to constantly park the vehicle upstairs. Now, what happens when the vehicle cant start and needs to be towed ? I guess that never happen to these type of rides
US$5million for the cheapest apartment is too much, especially in this rising % rate environment, yes its on the beach and its got a great brand name to it, but still, you would think prices would start from a more reasonable level like say US$2 million for a 1 bedroom.
The presentation, units and amenities are absolutely amazing, but question the entry as guests would have to endure the rain or hot sun to enter the building rather than a shady covering for the drop off area. Also, is there valet service available for guests and residents?
Can I buy an apartment ? Need to store my Maybach somewhere 😂 just kidding, I’m poor as a penny. Rich interior tends to be hard and clinical, this has some warm feeling so well done Bentley!
