Nobody can beat Enes and Mikey. They do perfect house tours everywhere they do one.
The fact that Enes and Mikey do this together, is why I watch these videos. Any real estate agent, presenter can do a solo house tour. Now what sets you guys apart and makes it interesting and enjoyable is that, Enes knows his stuff from a building and renovating practical point of view as well a selling point of view ( gives confidence, that you know what you are on about). The fact that Mikey and Enes work together and have such good working relationship / chemistry, makes it enjoyable to sit back and watch, these videos. No b.s . Just telling it like it is, keep going 👍😊 otherwise it is just the same as everybody else 👌

More NYC videos are wanted. I agree with Mikey. Love the creative materials and design choices used in cities like New York.
The PR of the past, where NYC was labeled "greatest in the world," did affect me. Hyperbole & PR propaganda are not necessarily good things. They made me think a London or Paris was somehow not actually at the top of the pyramid. NYC, however, is what it is--whether overrated or not.

@@thebabbler8867 Actually, London is as much as, if not more, of a world financial capital than NYC is. London is also as culturally enriched as NYC is. Although when it comes to cultural institutions (eg, museums), Paris beats out the other two. London & Paris are also charming & picturesque, NYC generally isn't.
Some might call this a quintessential NYC apartment. It is what people think of who want to be part of the city and not isolated in it. It’s elegant and homey. Thanks for sharing this guys.

Who said they don't want the cameraman to talk? Why? The conversations bouncing off each other is how we learn about various things. Forget the complainers, there are only a few of them and should be forgotten.
I do love how you explain everything in such detail. The overhangs on the French Doors, who knows this stuff, but you do, and it's something we will think about from now on.
You both are very good at what you do.
This place is definitely worth the price. When I lived and worked in NYC we frequented a rooftop bar and can fully relate to what you're saying. The lights and sounds of the city are so vibrant and fills you with so much life and energy. I just never wanted to leave
I really like the character of this building and the neighbourhood. Also it's not too high and the balcony/patio spaces feel safe and usable. I'm scared of heights so even watching videos of you step out onto balconies of higher penthouses makes me dizzy 😂
I personally enjoy Mikey's input. He also seems like a bit of a history buff so i find his comments really interesting, especially as I'm not from the US

I feel the direct opposite. He often doesn't really add anything and doesn't know what he's talking about or is guessing. Different strokes for different folks I guess.
For my observation, anytime he is unsure about something he actually states that he is unsure, which is a quality that most people don’t possess. But yes, everyone is entitled to their opinion.

I always love NY City tours. Sometimes I like to sleep with some rainyy sounds and NY views through a window open on my tv, and always when I see a tour in new york I like to see how it is so alive. The intros of your videos are movie-like quality and always gives the vibe that we are in for a good show. This is a beautiful penthouse, but I am also excited to see the other one you mentioned in this video, since there are no one else that can tour luxury houses like you.

Thank you Mikey for pointing out the water tower... I love them. They always remind me of the old movies or mafia movies filled in NYC. such a classic landmark of the city.
I think the part I like most is how intricate the top part of the building is, there is hidden outdoor spaces everywhere and it’s like it’s own little building sat on top of another building and it seems it has that same privacy you would expect from putting another building on top of another building.. lol

I lived in the Village of Babylon, Long Island, NY for 2 years and worked at JFK. I spent every bit of time from work in NYC. LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!! The city is spectacular. Exciting , YES! What a great addition to your video style! An architectural question put in a space to answer for later, but it appears in a beat so we learn something right away! Keep that up!! We learn about architecture and the origins of common items. The Subway tile aside was great!
When touring NYC properties, could you record some night-time footage, so we can see the lights of the local buildings and the city views? This gives a new feeling to the property.

I grew up in NYC, but live in the UK now. The energy of the city that you speak of is palpable. One of my favourite vibes from the city would happen when you drove over the 59th Street bridge into the city at night. As you approach the skyscrapers, with all the lights, was magical.
I summed up NYC after seeing two men walking a giraffe and a donkey in midtown one day. They led them to a building, with tall doors, obviously. The doors opened, and in walked the giraffe and the donkey. The doors closed and they were gone. It struck me that if someone turned the corner after they went into the building, they would have no clue a donkey and a giraffe were just strolling in midtown. THAT is NYC. ANYTHING could be hiding behind any door. In essence, NYC is the world on an island. Where almost anything is possible.
I ❤NY. The whole world says that about their city. But, NY said it first!.

I have been watchingthe channel for a while now and wanted to let you know that you guys are doing a fantastic job at it from the tours, explaining design concepts and functions to the impeccable sound and video quality
Love this condo so much. Even though I absolutely love seeing the other high rise glamourous properties this one looks like it could be "home". Love the historic building, the interior finishes and having that much space outside is amazing. The staging of the furniture is perfect and the interior square footage is fantastic. Mikey I love it when you add commentary or give insights into the location you guys are shooting in so don't ever stop. I started watching the videos for the locations first, seeing the interior finishes second but keep coming back for the interaction between the two of you and the presentation right down to the hardware. 🙂 I mean where else are we going to get a property tour where a cool detail like the sight of the old water tower leads to a conversation about Spiderman and an explanation of the engineering of why they were on the rooftop. 😊 Thank you Enes, Mikey and the team! ETA: oh right now I need to go look up that toothpaste. 😄
