  • I'm not going to lie, this day didn't go to plan and time totaaallly got away from me but... these things happen so here is very poor attempt at a day of eating! Next time I'll be a bit more on my a-game! I hope you enjoy spending the day with me anyway ❤️

    Also so good to see that even though you weren't eating full meals, you're still balancing nutrients. I rarely feel hungry after a run either, but I'm ravenous after a swim. Weird!

    Which cookbook do you use here (name) and which do you recommend in general? Also, what do you recommend to eat before running in the morning? (if it should be like a snack) it's rather hard for me to run on an empty stomach....

    Do you have a video on managing your nutrition as far as macro and micro nutirents are concerned? I'm looking to cut fat but not sacrifice performance too much, if you've got anything for that.

    13 kilometers is equal to 8 miles ! I’m out of breath after 3 miles. You just called me a slacker without saying it. 😂

    Please look into some online coffee roasters that make excellent decaf coffee if you haven’t already. You can get waaay better tasting coffee and save some £ in the process (vs Pret).

    Gluten is the worst thing, number one, to eat if you have an autoimmune condition and psoriasis is. Some vegetables are really bad too and dairy. Thank you for your videos!

    Hi Lucy, your videos are very interesting. Thus you studied immunology you know the importance of histamine as pro inflammatory mediator, among other it stimulate the mast cell differentiation. The histamine levels increase with some kind of foods, intense excercise and stress. Like you I suffered skin illness and other symptoms during all my life. I went to a lots of doctors and they never realiced what I had. I am biochemist and like you I studied and test with my body becouse I was desesperated. Affortunaty when I realice that mi problem was the hitamine acumulation I found a prefessional that helpme. I would like you considere the histamine as a trigger of your psoriasis, look for DAO deficit and MCAS. Good lack!

    so you did a 13km run, went for a longer walk and only had a tiny cup of oates with some fruit....that sounds like crazy restricting to me (yes, already including the dinner here) given your active day. Goes quite a bit against what you preach here on YT, no?

    5:00 It's so interesting you should say this about your skin. Homogenized milk causes psoriasis, while fresh milk cures it. I knew a guy; one quart of unhomogenized milk, five days a week, cured his psoriasis in a week. Wish I had your video skills. 11:30 Deli meat, excellent. Yeah, soda and candy, not so much. Humans are basically carnivores. We don't need to eat plants. We are much happier and healthier when we don't. All we need is lots of butter, maybe some liver, and salmon, sardines, beef, bacon, lamb, or eggs. 19:00 Yeah, very cute but your health will continue to decline if you keep eating like this daily. Thank you for a lovely video.

    My fiancé is from South Africa, and his mom brought me top deck when she went back there for a week. It was so good! My fiancés favorite is Turkish delight. He always looks for it in the stores here in the US but we never have it. 🥲
