    I read this (How to talk to anyone) book years ago and just recommended it to my young adult, daughter. So happy to hear that it’s still a recommended book! Love your content BTW!

    This was what I needed to watch right now. I was just analyzing how much protein I eat and looking for more ideas so this was a Godsend. Ypur food looks just too good my mouth was watering lol. By the way I think you're excellent in communication, as seen in this video and all the others.

    I’m enjoying working through your videos as currently on a (v long) health journey. But you’ll never get me into breakfasts- I just can’t be arsed! What is your accent? Sounds like a mixture of RP, northern and Australian?
    Definitely going to purchase that book!

    I have trouble with dairy too and you can get lactose free greek yogurt that I eat and its quite good!!

    SIGGI COCONUT YOGURT probably has the most protein I've seen in non-dairy yogurts, I'm lactose intolerant so I have a similar issue

    Lucy, have you tried the Alpro Greek yogurt? is super think and absolutely amazing. There is also an Oatly greek yogurt if you prefer not to have soy based products.

      I have! My skin doesn't love soy, so I might try the Oatley. The Koko is pretty good though and doesn't taste of coconut which I like! Thank you so much for the suggestions 👏🏻❤️ x

    Try Oner Active effortless leggings. They don't fall down and are so soft and comfortable. Really stay in place. Compressive waistband and no front seam!

    Hi, Lucy! Be careful about pea protein. I’ve been hearing recently that many of the pea protein supplements contain unsafe levels of heavy metals. So whichever brand you choose, you might want to research it before having it on a daily basis.

      You got this! I would imagine the potentially reduced sleep will be causing the sugar cravings, maybe you could try increasing protein and trying out some sweet alternatives which have lower calories but still hit the spot! ❤️
