  • I can't believe I am finally able to share that we are adding Nutrition to FORM! Launching on April 3rd we will have 40 recipes live and will be adding new ones weekly. I worked very closely with our registered dietician to create these delicious dishes and can't wait for you to try them!

    I love your what I eat videos, especially for the fact that they do not always follow the same motive but they vary according to your day, needs and likes. I love that you go for "cleaner" options but there is really nothing strict about it, you eat real food, have variety and share simple and nice recipes. Keep it up, I love watching them! ❤

    Having all of those categories in FORM is honestly an industry game changer -- I'm in grad school studying to be a dietitian right now but I'm using all of your recipes!! I look up to you so much & you're KILLING it! xx

    Hi Sami, thanks for this video!🫶🏻 As a girl recovering from anorexia I find it sometimes hard to watch these kind of videos, but you are just showing us that eating and snacking is natural and nothing to be ashamed of❤️🌞thanks for inspiration. I hope I can get better as soon as possible to do your workouts again❤️

    Just to be clear for the ones that think it’s EASY to build muscle and look muscular. It’s ABSOLUTELY not. And to do that you have to eat enough protein everyday AND progressively overload the muscles over TIME. So don’t be afraid you won’t look muscular without planning, time and effort. It’s to much false information out there it’s wild 😅

      @@amandaliew2595 Yes! Two grams per body weight is enough! And make sure to eat it everyday and pair it with progressive overload in the gym over some time. Don’t know what your goal is but it will be a lot harder to build muscle in a deficit just so you know 🥰

      @@Cruzeern95 wow, that’s so much. I can’t even imaging eating that much food everyday. Ugh! Seems impossible. How do you eat that much protein a day. The most protein I can get in at one time is a protein shake but that’s only 25 grams. When you need 120 grams a day how do you get in almost 100 more.

      @@lifewithcancer916 It sounds way harder than it is. I’m vegan and I eat more than 2g per body weight now easily because I naturally like more high protein foods and want to eat them everyday. It’s just about planning the day before or always make sure you have the amount protein you need in each meal to reach 120g and knowing what foods are high in protein. You will ofc be very full after drinking a shake than eating something smaller in volume with more protein 😌 I don’t drink protein shakes I put the protein in stuff instead. Shakes are not that pleasing and it’s not necessary if you don’t like to drink them.

      @@Cruzeern95 I hate drinking shakes but I can’t get 25 grams of protein in a meal. Plus now I just think I figured it out wrong and actually need more from what you said. If I’m 105 pound I need 210 grams of protein. Maybe I’m figuring it out wrong? Is it your weight x’s 2?

    I have a question. I love the way eating healthy makes me feel but sometimes I want something sweet or junk food like cheeze its or donuts… what should I do in that case? What I’ve been doing is eating it every once in a while and sometimes instead of eating a whole donut, I’ll have half

      You could try making a sweet treat for yourself at home instead of going for the unhealthy stuff! Whenever I’m craving something sweet I grab rice cake thins and top them with almond butter and honey and it helps to satisfy my sweet tooth.
