Yes and he either should have said he was just going to the bathroom or put down the toilet seat before he told the cops he was sitting on it. The cad even used his own teenage daughter to testify on his behalf and it was hard to watch her on the stand as she claimed she'd seen her father give the gun to Brian and then immediately blurted out "I'm not lying about that." And by the sounds of it, Brett's family probably will go to their grave in denial he killed his wife. It's easier than accepting he did.

It always amazes me the details noted by investigators at a crime scene. Impressive! Brett just wanted to clear up two problems in one shot. "Royal flush", "Sitting on the throne", and "Case in the can"...you are sooo baaad :-) And another great alliteration LOL!!!!
I saw the title and thought, “OK, I have to see this one!” It was worth it for the alliteration alone, but it was also very interesting. I feel bad for the kids…and the wife and friend. Great job as always, Dr. Grande! ❤
I have a buddy with that dry sense of humor. He drives my wife crazy because she never knows if he's messing with her. And he rarely breaks character! So funny😂
This is why you should never lend money to anyone who gambles. Not to anyone really. But especially not to them. They can only drag you down with them. And they will do so whether they mean to or not. Best that you can do is try and distance yourself from them if and whenever possible. Otherwise, watch out.
After having a day so far where nothing has went as I planned and Id like to duct tape everyone around me to the wall, it's nice to atleast know a new Dr. Grande video will post. Thank you for being so consistent with uploading a video every day. After watching your video I feel better now, so everyone around me is a Little safer. 😂❤
Dear Dr Grande, could you analyse the Peter Bergmann case? "the mysterious death of an unidentified man in Sligo, Ireland, around 16 June 2009. The man, using the alias "Peter Bergmann", had checked into the Sligo City Hotel on June 12, where he stayed during the majority of his visit to Sligo. The man's movements were captured on CCTV throughout the town"
I always found this case very interesting but I thought DNA had determined who he was? EDIT: Sorry, I had confused this case with the man found on the beach in Australia.
@traybern Well thank you, I simply don't know what would become of me if the wrong "its'' were left on my comment!! The world owes you a round of applause also!! 👏 😒

It’s possible that if you are sitting on a toilet and go to get up real quick because of danger, as you are getting up from the seat you’d be pulling up your pants in one motion, knocking the seat up as you ran out of the bathroom.
Anytime I catch up the toilet seat on with my pants, it crashes loudly back to horizontal. Can't imagine how much force it would take to flip it vertical, equally noisily.
Oi,when I want to liven up my data, I know where to go - your channel. As a language teacher I find your alliteration is in your conclusion quite funny. Thanks as always - a good belly laugh from me. Your insight and into the facts are spot on too.
@@jessieyork4508 seriously, I didn't know there was a revolver on the market designed to fire shotgun cartridges. Probably because I live in Australia. We don't have much access to guns here.
Question: How do we account for gun residue (or lack of) on victim Brian's hand? We know how it finds in way on to Brett's hand and can even speculate how a small amount would find it's way to the blinds.....but nothing is mentioned about any on Brian's hand. Firing several shots into the wife there would HAVE to be a significant amount present.

There’s so many true crime cases like this. Makes me wonder how many people got away with killing two people by blaming one of the dead victims.
It varies per year, however, anything between 40 to 56% of murders in the US can and do remain unsolved per annum.
Not only did I find this retelling of the crime informative and interesting but freakin’ ENTERTAINING in the way Dr. Grande used alliteration with incredible finesse 😂
The first time I've seen the word, "alliteration" used in the comments!
As soon as I read the title of this video I was pulled in.
You’re a sly one Dr Grande and we love you for it ❤️
Prosecutor: He's guilty, look at the toilet seat!
