The "The Jeremy isnt intelligent train was over capacity and there was a waiting list..." 😂 This is why I love Dr Grande...intelligent and has great humor. ❤️
@The Cove @Wild Bear I was going to say that’s a rude generalization, but I’ve heard that men who no one wants to f-ck & have small d-cks tend to make rude generalizations about women.
There are sooo many people who actually think they're the real deal and an absolute detecting tool where the answer should be taken as gospel. So frustrating when I see comments on other channels from people saying that they need to give the person a lie detector test to get to the truth. Argh!
Exactly! And not to mention, police constantly lie about the results anyway in an attempt to coerce a confession because they know it’s not common knowledge how unreliable these things are.
First of all, Katie, why did you even want him enough to break up that train wreck of a marriage? Second of all Robin, why did YOU even want him back? Third of all, the NERVE. Criminal mastermind he was NOT.
I watched a long documentary on this case. The investigators tried over and over to get Katie to confess, even offering a deal. She would not take it. I completely believe Katie was innocent.
Skreemqueen 75: I agree with you. Katey is 100% innocent. (In my humble opinion, anyway 😊 ) But are you pointing to her consistent, flat-out refusals to take a plea deal as evidence pointing to her being innocent all along? Because a lot of very guilty people sit in prison right now, steadfastly refusing to take a plea deal. And a lot of those refusing to take deals are in the situation where simply pleading guilty to the crime would result in a determination of "time served" and the person would be immediately released once pleading. And EVEN THEN, with the guarantee of their release upon their guilty plea, these totally guilty people will STILL refuse to take responsibility for their actions and essentially choose incarnation over freedom simply to dig in their heels and not admit guilt. Basically I'm trying to say that earnest refusal to take a plea deal isn't, on it's own, necessarily evidence supporting innocence.
Drebk- what a ridiculous line of reasoning.. because someone makes bad decisions they must be guilty of murder? Yes she did get involved with a married man but he’s the one who’s cheating on EVERY person he’s with. He’s the one with a history of lying and manipulative behavior and terrible choices.
So if she was kept in prison for 15 months , then let out as she is innocent , do you get to sue for wrongful arrest and wrongful imprisonment, I would want a huge payout for having my freedom taken away for 15 months while being innocent
I hope that Katie has learned to be more discerning when it comes to men. If this hasn’t taught her then nothing will. Yet again covering a case with multiple issues 20 minutes or less 😂. Concise and thorough.
Yeah, she behaved like a dick which probably didn't help her case when she was arrested. Hopefully she has learned a lesson and will now keep things in perspective, not be so quick to anger, and not threaten anyone.
Why would either of these women want Jeremy? Let alone fight over him? You mean he's a dim-wit on top of it? A killer too? It's so convoluted I can't even wrap my head around it.

Wheeeeeew that girl was so close to getting locked up for murder all over some goofy looking dude and inserting herself into a relationship she had no business being part of.
I don't understand the motive in this case. He could have left the situation at any time. What does he gain by killing anyone? It doesn't make any sense to me.
I think there's more to it. The emotional and jealous girlfriend I feel had more involvement. No way she should have had all charges dropped without question.
& actually, the Ben Roberts Smith trial would be interesting, too. The 95 yr old taser victim case, the family was verbally attacked by a man saying he represented them. He went on national & international TV as their rep, yet they said he wasn’t their rep & was unknown to them (one granddaughter said she knew him). He was very hostile, his name is Andrew Thaler, -it’s very strange (on top of that poor family’s grief).

When a criminal frames someone else for their own crime, does that framing constitute a second chargeable crime, or does the victim of the framing have only civil litigation as the only recourse for justice for their being framed? 15 months in jail just waiting for trial before having charges dropped before trial -- is a felony sentence in itself!
