I really like how the doc described their romantic attraction; she was really interested in his money, he was really interested in her body. 😂 Sounds magical!
His mocking tone is out of bounds because literally biologically men are born to seek attractiveness in their female mates and women we are born to hunt men with resources so to be used to protect ourselves and our children which biologically makes perfect sense to me
I wonder what Gary's first wife thinks about how things ended for him. I also wonder what his children think about this. Pamela didn't just do away with her ex-husband, she tooks her children's father away.
That image of Pamela at 4:46 scares me enough to reconsider going to bed right away... 😅 So she at the very least could've been a great model for halloween themed attractions/products...
It wasn’t his children. It was their children since the children were related to both of them. But I agree with the crazy part most likely for both of them
I remember when this happened. The Pima County Sheriff's Office did not immediately identify the victim. It turned out that everybody in the news business in Tucson speculated on the identity of the victim and everybody's first choice was Gary Triano.
I still don't see how its legal to insure someone's life without their permission, especially if the person buying the insurance makes themselves the person collecting on the policy. I wonder how many murders have been committed based on a secret life insurance policy?
The cpmpanies know that in case of death the murder will be found at an overaverage rate. So the companies just Profit from this extra-business. It should indessen be forbidden by law...
From my google searches, you need consent from the person you're insuring. Maybe it used to be until recently? I didn't catch when this story took place
Todays money = worthless Money 100 years ago = actually had something of value tied to the money like say silver or gold. Look at any bill between 1878 and 1964. You could take your $20 bill go down to the bank and trade it in for $20 worth of silver.
The love of money is the root of evil, I'd love to be wealthy, but I am not willing to compromise my freedom, dignity, peace of mind and the good name my parents left me with! Thank you so much for the analysis, Dr. Grande!
I live in Tucson, and I remember this case so well. A friend of mine, Keisho Kudo, was sitting in his minivan next to Gary Triano’s car when it exploded. It scared him so much that he decided to move back to Japan. I haven’t seen him since. It took so many years for them to solve this, but they finally did. This is one of those cases in which the Tucson police department did a very good job. It might’ve taken a while, but that’s because their prime suspect absconded to another country.
Dr Grandie's sense of humor is so subtle at times. Once he was talking about New Jersey and I just didn't get it at first. I thought he was praising New Jersey. 🤣 I had to delete my remarks a minute or two after leaving the comment.
I remember this case. It's possible she didn't do it but I feel she's guilty. The baby astrology charts cracked me up😅👶♈️Great analysis again. Thanks Dr G😊💜💜
I am wondering how Pamela was able to purchase an insurance policy on her ex, especially for such a large amount. Why wouldn't the insurance company question this? Why would Gary consent to such a policy?
Thank you for another excellent video, Dr. Grande. You combine quality of research with depth of insight. Your well-reasoned analyses are refreshing in an era of hyper-partisan, biased media. Kudos! But don’t work too hard!
Pamela thought the grass was greener on the other side of the fence which the green in her eyes was currency 💵💵💵💵 but greedy people always get burnt 🔥🥵 Pamela surely was his Bomb 💣😮 Thank you Dr. Grande Stay safe 🦋
It's shocking how a criminal can be so calculating, then so mindlessly reckless. I JUST saw a 20/20 about a carefully planned murder, after which the culprit got his car stuck on railroad tracks AND ditched the murder weapon + ammo in a bag in the bushes of an Arbys.
I think we both read the same article. The motive was the killer was obsessed with the victim's fiancé? It was a truly sad story, because the victim seemed like such a good man with a promising future.
Dr. Grande, I appreciate you staying the facts of the cases and your conclusion with histrionics. It is somehow soothing, despite the disturbing nature of the cases.
I don't believe in creating debt for oneself or borrowing money from others to feed a habit. However it's sad the man was blown up in his own vehicle. Imagine if he had an unexpected passenger or a child with him. That's sad. 😢
I remember this case from another true crime program. The description of the explosion, by those in the area, that killed Gary, was horrific. And Gary was quite the colorful character, in life.
Another great episode & thank you for your content as always, Dr.! I guess as a side note: from a technical perspective, I also like the camera angle of view and lighting on this one. Haven't seen this particular combo of angle and light for a while, many episodes back I think - but I do think that it's a good and flattering one.
That Lincoln has surprisingly little fire damage for a bomb to blow up inside of it. Not a bomb expert, but I'm wondering if the conclusive blast from the initial explosion immediately put the fire out. 🤷
A truly explosive relationship with this bombshell of a women, once they lit the fuse to their lovestory, it blew up in a way he could never have expected.
I just want to point out that life insurance would always go to the wife. It would not go to the children as they would have been under age, and no other extended family beneficiary would have been deemed acceptable by the insurance company. They always look into this with great skepticism, everyone knows this if they have tried to open a life insurance policy. This alone is not reason for suspicion. This fact should have been left out.
The kids did not lose a father. They lost a selfish oinker. Dying doesn't mean he was a good guy or good dad. Raise the bar. It's in the mud where most people like to keep it.
Someone had money as premiums on that much insurance are very expensive. So stupid to think murder will solve their problems. Eventually you'll get caught and prison is no way to enjoy retirement.

She already left him and got his kids as well as $250,000. Apparently that wasn’t enough. She had to kill him. Crazy
It wasn’t his children. It was their children since the children were related to both of them.
