Just made a variation of this tonight…..was craving garlic and pasta. I tried chickpea spaghetti for extra protein….I sprinkled sweet paprika on top with some freshly squeezed lemon….I’ll have to try this recipe amigo. I enjoy your videos ❤️🍷❤️
looks good Albert--another variation on the famous (infamous?) late-night pasta. Indeed, swap the paprika for some chili (maybe Aleppo or Calabrian peppers) and you are pretty much there. Of course, the late-night, munchy version is always made with leftover pasta.
Ciao, in southern italy we knows something similar: Spaghetti con aglio e olio, this means Spaghetti with garlic and olive oil, very delicious with some spicy peperonici..many greetings from Brunswick in Germany 🙂
