Hey Tim, you might want to remind your viewers to dose or hit the wines with a little nitrogen or argon just before putting the cork in. Also, this is a great model, but when and if they pull these jaws out to clean them, keep the jaws in sequence, and top/bottom, because they tend to wear like a set of teeth. Changing the orientation will change how well the iris closes around the corks - particularly important with synthetic corks.
