I made the mango base after making two failed other batches of mango wine one from fresh mangoes one from frozen mangoes. The base came out very dark brown, so I was sure that there was something wrong. It was absolutely the best wine I have ever made. Everyone was fighting over the bottles of it.
You could make 5 smaller batches if you wanted to add additional flavors to each but once the jug is opened uou would want to use it within a few days.

Can you make a smaller batch or can you only make the 5 gallons. I like making 1 gallon batches
