Did I miss the part where you mentioned the size of your puree container? was it a quart? As in, 1 quart to two gallons of water, etc?
What happened to the full version of wine making tutorial ? I can't find it on UA-cam
What's the last ingredient mixed in water with the campden tablet.?
I followed this for a puree, but you never really discussed how to get the puree out. Isn't it better to put that in a mesh bag also? Now my finished wine (that is not bottled) has a lot of puree on the bottom.
