    Came here looking for the torque procedure for fastening the ball joints on these tie rods, 14:01 answered it i guess ... Lol

    I tightened my tie rod to 65 ft lbs and the castle nut went down so far and the cotter key is above the castle nut and not holding the nut. What did I do wrong?
