First positive thing that jumps out is she proudly owns the title stripper. Kudos to her! All too often women in her profession will hide behind “exotic dancer“ as if what they were doing was somehow wrong. I’m still watching the interview of course but this is a good start
It's mainly because people have a negative stigmatism about strippers in general. Like people automatically assume that just because someone strips that they "escort" too and have a million STD's, etc. It's stupid, but for some reason all those things get lumped together in peoples' minds.

The guys who just want to talk is a true thing, not just with stripping, but almost with any "sex" related job. I used to be a phone sex operator and I had *SO* many calls where they just wanted to talk to a pretty girl, so I did, I listened to them and some of it was really sad because I could tell they were lonely/sad. I felt like a therapist at times lol, sometimes there were just casual conversations too haha, one customer I had owned a comic book store so we started talking about Marvel/DC and he was genuinely surprised at how much I knew. It was really fun!!! I had my fair share of weirdos too though so meh, can't say I'd go back to it.

Never really saw an interview like this before, she seems to have her head on her shoulders, she's got a mix of street smarts and book smarts, she understands the business and the pitfalls. I just hope she's able to apply them as well. But very interesting.

We all have an agreement when we go to Vegas. A normal vacation anywhere else will cost you X amount of money. So, when we go to Vegas, no matter how much money you win, you’re not allowed to leave town with it. So, you’re forced to spend it before you leave. And depending of how big your winnings were that week, it can often lead to some wild vacations.
The most intriguing part of this interview was where Jacob placed his hands.

She seems like an honest person who is up front about her experience. I am curious why it’s bad or seen as annoying to help women in his profession? Is it because it’s seen as preachy or condescending by the women? Would it be better to just offer practical training and skills outside of stripping so they have multiple options, instead of offering vague offers of “help”?
The interesting thing she said is that many people do not come from families who know about money management - offering them advice on how they can do their own investing and skills revolving around managing their money in the long term seems like it could help them the most long term. In fact MOST Americans have no clue how to really handle their finances.
Buying dances/tipping is going to “help me” out more than any “advice” somebody might try giving me
They should make cheap wages like everyone else. Porter pay. Nothing special about dancing nude. Good exercise but real wages are good. Not overpriced.

What's funny, during the pandemic... I had a general concern for the stripper/escort business - all the girls thinking "What do I do now??" - Hey, it's work they know.
Honestly, when I worked at the Rhino in Vegas in 2012 (I currently work in California) I've never had a disrespectful customer who ever assumed he was going to get more than just a dance. Over the years surprisingly, the men in the strip club are actually more respectful than the men I encounter in real life.

I owned a modelling agency, specialising in glamour etc. many of our models were also pole dancers/strippers, and while many people deride the girls as stupid, or uneducated, I have to say most were very educated (and had degrees), very good businesswomen, and were in the business because they understood that it is very easy for a sexy girl to separate even the most intelligent man from his money whilst offering almost zero in return, as you can see her almost naked on a beach or at the swimming pool for free, but guys pay strippers and models thousands in a club to see exactly the same thing, and even if they get to touch, it’s hardly sexual!

$500 !!!!...I remember the good old days when you could buy a $2 beer and watch the topless dancers for an hour.
I was walking thru Ballys late at night when the Showgirls were going home. Most of them were tall and about 30 to 40 years old, very skinny with no boobs.
There are a lot of brothels in Alaska in the summertime to serve the fishing industry. In a documentary the girls stated that a good % of the fishermen would pay for an hour just to talk. Cheaper than a psychiatrist.
That was great to listen to her
I actually work with a lot of strippers/dancers here in Vegas (where I currently live) and other cities for my website which features girls dominating guys by squeezing the daylights out of them with their strong thighs in leg scissor holds!
Pole dancers can be especially brutal with their thighs. And no...no one has ever been injured during a shoot! :)
The other added bonus of working with strippers is they can be very aggressive (which is what we ask them to do on video) as a result of the type of men they have to deal with in the clubs.

I've lived in Vegas since '92. Used to be a "frequent flier" Treasure's and Sapphire (Monday Night Football). I actually became friends with a few women who work there. It's funny that some people think these women are troubled or drug addicts or abused. Are there some women who fit that description, sure, but not many. One of my friends actually paid cash for her law degree with no school loans. She's very intelligent, doesn't use drugs and had a completely normal past.
The data shows over 90% of adult entertainers come from quite troubled family lives. I’m sure Jacob would also confirm this. Sadly
