      @@ninjapirate123It technically is one. The world record for longest life lived was 122 years. Even if he lived that long, he would still need 8 years before he can even be eligible for parole. Even then, parole will normally be denied at least the first few times, so there’s that as well.

      It really does. People can be critical of judges, that’s fair and judges accept that is part of the job. But, also part of the job is seeing the worst conduct on a regular basis. They’ve seen it all, so if you can move a judge to be horrified, you definitely are a monster that has to be locked up forever, or in this case, for a century, minimum.

She fell on top of the knife that she was holding which inadvertently caused her head to become detached from her body. That's why they claim to have never found her head. Then some black guys came much later and began to remove her limbs. This good Christian man is being used as a scapegoat to push Obama's agenda against our freedom and God given liberty.

    Always kinda bugs me when they call asses like this " evil monsters".       I agree, I think insulting defendants doesn't do anything because the defendants truly don't give a crap. I wouldn't waste my time lecturing someone who truly didn't care and had no remorse, if someone did have remorse then I may say something but otherwise I would just get right to the sentencing.

      In the unlikely event he lives that long, he'll be too old and bed ridden to reoffend. Other lifers who were very old and released from prison early went straight into a nursing home or hospital, depending on their mental state they may not even remember the crimes they committed.

      Some states do not have a death penalty. Michigan dropped the death penalty decades ago.

      Michigan abolished the death penalty in 1836
