It's a great saw. I got one a year or so ago. Heads up, at least when I bought mine the only real difference between the 779 and 780 was the 780's shadow line. You can buy a kit to convert it for under a $100... I think I paid around $80. It's easy and simple to install (replaces the handle) and so worth it.
