Mate you have got to be the best story teller ever. I`ve watched all you videos over 10-15 times and still cant stop watching them. Keep doing what you doing.Nugget is just super to be around I reckon.

It goes without saying for most but certainly the best Adventure biking channel in existence to date. The overall quality alone is astounding. Also: The audacity of them closing roads that they refuse to improve/pave. Plow through on principle alone
Great riding and John what hoot funny as. Good on him hitting it on a CB 500 shows bit suspension and Tyres you got it. Thanks again outstanding footage,
It's truely amazing to see such challanging adventures. What inspires me most is to stay positive and have a good amount of humor. I really want to travel adventures like these in my life!
Always fun and inspiring to watch your videos Dave. So nice to see you young guys have fun and goof around. This was a blast as always!!! Cheers from Sweden!
Now having done an adventure ride of my own I have re-watched this Dave and it cracked me up - such a lot of humour. What a great Adventure with some great blokes.
Awesome video guys, great spirit of journey I was blessed to cross the French line solo four weeks ago and have a huge respect for that country Keep up the great work
Excellent footage, drone shots brilliant, Dave one of the best story tellers on an adventure like this. Nice range of bikes and people. The Honda was amazing. Also good one on Nuggets Dads supporting ride. Well done to you all. Trilobite
WOW, I really love this, beautiful desert it must have been amazing at night sleeping under the stars. Maybe one day for me to do this. WOW Beautiful. Thanks
@@MotorcycleAdventureDirtbikeTV watching one of you other videos…although I’m from the U.S., as a kid spent a couple of years in the Island of Rabaul in Papua New Guinea. This was back in the 80s. We had some great adventures exploring the island, caves full of WWII Japanese abandoned equipment, great snorkeling, beautiful mountains…possibly a future MAD adventure to a lesser know location?
What a fantastic trip, and congrats on the editing and commentary, bloody fantastic! Makes me want to throw a big tank on the DRZ and head North... Need to sit and watch the rest of your vids now, but first I'm going for a ride ;-)
That was great! How awesome was that drone footage!! Epic! made it really special. Thanks for all the work in putting this together for us to see for free - really cool of you guys. I can't wait till its my time...
I recently discovered this channel and i have to say I’m addicted!! Will have to come to Australia one day for a true adventure!! Thank you for the content it’s excellent 👍
Awesome video. Great camaraderie. Sounds like a true biking adventure. When you are ready to take on the North American Outback, give us a shout. Adventures abound everywhere.
Brilliant, what a ride....I just wish there had been a xt660z tenere amongst the group! , but seriously a great film especially with the Drone footage. And a great bunch of people to ride with. Steve
I love the narrative and the narrator. Nice story, nicely told and good info shared. I watch a number of adventure riding videos from all over, Europe, the US, Australia and you always come out on top; You desribe the people and the bikes well and kindly and you are not too unkind to the KTMs. From my readings, it is obvious that the japanese are more reliable, less prone to stupid breakdowns. The DR650s, the Teneres, the Honda 650s are all maybe less exciting on paper, but oh so much more reliable. I am getting into adventure riding after a very long hiatus and one thing is obvious to me, I'll stay away from the KTMs and get a bike with proven reliability, like an old DR650 modified or a new Tenere. Ahain thanks for telling such a great story and forgive me for nipping at the !austrians!
Great Adventure guys. I did the Louth to Cobar highway on my GS1200 this year a few days after a big wet. I totally know the feeling. its a sloppy road as best. I would love to come along some time. And i So want to do it on the CB500X. What a star that was. Made the whole vid IMO. Love your work!!!
Awesome trip guys as always, i have became a fan of your adventures. I myself been involved in bike riding but till now it is limited to my home country only, one day hopefully i will visit this place on 2 wheels.
Another epic adventure. You guys have such a good time. I am amazed at how well the CB 500X did.Judging by yours and a couple other videos looked like a pretty wet season for you guys down there.
Cracking film! An inspiration. I hope to one day soon start my own two-wheeled adventures around our great land. :) Can i ask - what's the song at 13:20?
Looks like some super challenging mud conditions. I've ridden in that in Kansas that doesn't seem to believe in paved roads. My friend told me it had been raining and I couldn't ride to his house. I didn't believe him. the mud taught me to believe him. Super deep, slippery, and capable of burying a motorcycle. Looked a lot like these conditions.

Hi Ronan, we've also ridden unsupported in the desert with an unsupported Simpson Crossing but we were prepared, but not prepared for every contingency. The desert is a dangerous place.
You need to list the all the bikes. That 250 had my name on it. I did big sections alone in the 80's on an XT600Tenere. Classic mistake no new rear tire when I left the Alice, Hit mud just as you described with less traction than I should have had and down I would go. Picking up that big tank sucker in that slop, by myself was almost impossible. Dropped the bike in a gutter full of mud and as I followed my bike on my knees and elbows ass first, my helmet acted like a jet boat bucket - in through the chin and round the top of the inside of the lid and then mud squirted down my back inside my jacket.
@@MotorcycleAdventureDirtbikeTV that's impressive, especially with the amount of rain and mud that you had, that air filter that was caked in mud just being towed behind the 4x4, thought it would have been quite bad on the ride itself. The Honda did brilliantly as a road bike changed out to adventure spec. That was an impressive video
Mate now that was truly a really well documented trip. The drone shots were awesome. I'm looking to do some kind of Australian desert trip for my next one. Its tough riding and filming yourself - wish i had someone else to operate my drone for me, try riding and using a drone at the same time its too hard >_< but those riding drone shots look so good! Anyway thanks for all your efforts in showing us all of these amazing places. I've currently got a Kawasaki KLR650 - hope it doesn't break down as much as your KTM :P
the Australia is another Adventure heaven ..after USA..its really scary riding those isolated trails..but you will prepared enouph..the iron horses work hard..yes it's wet ..Ride Safe..
SoloRide ZX ...those locations are much more remote and far from help than anything in the USA...just look at google maps, I once went 430km between buildings

This is a great adventure - I’m interested in the route you took from Sydney to Birdsville. Are you able to share details of where you went? Considering the W2W next year (from SA) and might go back the long way via Flinders?!?!
Motorcycle Adventure Dirtbike TV no worries - half the fun of these trips is planning! We met briefly at Exhibition Park 2019. I won’t make the 2020 ride (if it goes ahead?) but have a mate and colleague from the Uk keen to visit and see Australia. Trying to work out the best way to do that!

I love that little Honda CB500X ADV conversion. ❤️ Small, light, reliable and so much easier to handle in the sand and dunes.
Couldn't agree more!

Best part of the movie. “We work on KTMs everyday!” Buy yourself a Honda or Yamaha! Yup!!
The best way to cross the Simpson desert is not to ride a KTM...
KTM, Made in China w Pride for sure /s
Loved it, as a viewer I can feel the friendship, the humor, the effort. Liked the footage with those drones that's a big extra.
In my opinion an awesome video with good music and clear comments. Using a drone is spectacular. What a scenery.
