With all respect, this is nowhere near a $705k 1 bedroom condo, even though the renovation looks nice. The building is pretty dated and lacks the amenities you would expect for a "luxury" condo at that price. Even the bigger and nicer direct bay view 1 bedroom units used to sell for 350-425k after the conversion from coop to condo and anywhere between $225-300k when it was a coop, before the market went crazy. I think I remember seeing someone buying one of the direct bay view 1 bedroom units during the pandemic for $945k which was mind boggling overpriced and seems to have skewed the prices. This unit is still sitting on the market unsold for 133 days. Besides that, keep up the good work with the videos :-)
