Love the bones of this condo but you'll definitely have to bring it up to date by renovating the kitchen, Master Bath, replace all of the dated lighting and fixtures, take out those green glass steps, redo the upper pool/jacuzzi surroundings and all of the secondary baths which will be nothing structural just cosmetic.
