So when a Cat 5 hurricane hits???
If there is a hurricane 5, all residents will be forced to leave the building!
sinking ground wonderful
Вид на океан просто НЕРЕАЛЬНЫЙ❤
What’s it’s hurricane resistance rating? 😂
Close your eyes and pray
hilarious! "Senada only knows how to make reservations"
Too open, and looks more like an art museum than a home. I would never live in a place like this, not that I'll ever have to worry about that.
If there are neighbors it’s not luxury.
Exactly!!!
Someone needs to give Senada her own show, she is stunning, sassy, elegant and has a killer smile. She could probably try to sell me dirt and i'd give in to her charms.
It's all about the Benjamins indeed.
WOW!!!! You have a beautiful ring side seat of incoming hurricanes! How awe inspiring.
Love what humans value.
Material garbage
Relax 😂😂😂
That's why at 7:20 there are 24 UFOs watching information of an eye 👁️ just outside. Crazy!!!
there was an open house video just like this for surfside condos before the collapse
HOA fees are the ultimate deal breaker. They are an abomination.
And property taxes too
Can't wait for the plates and glasses to fall off that kitchen table. These two are good presenters.
In the time he spent doing that dumb display of the cash bit, he could have showed the cabana and the apartment at night 🤬🤬
What a gorgeous apartment!
What happens when the the sea levels rise?
Ask Al Gore. The sea was to rise above & cover the World Trade Center in NYC, by 2015. Let me see…. Am looking out the window. Hmmm? The World Trade Center is bone dry? Hmm? That’s odd? 🤔
Who cares? It's Florida.
The sea level is going to rise 1000 feet?
Not sure if I like it more than the Porsha building🎉❤
Not for 22....
Mercy that’s very
Scary because
All of south Florida
Sits on limestone
“And the walls came
Crumblin’ 👈🏼 down”
No Way Out...👁
Dont be fooled that Kitchen was not $400,000 bucks… Also i would get rid of the Formica Cabinets and the 3 islands fit a Bespoke Kitchen with Granite Tops half the size, Get rid of the IKEA Furniture and those stupid Partitions , The Artwork is just run of the Mill Factory Canvas get rid, And the Tasteless Ornaments and small statues … Basically what I’m saying is get a Better interior designer…… Its all very 1990s … 😂 And you want $22.5 million dollars for a Apartment with Low end interior that i know didn’t cost much more than $60,000 bucks… Not including the electrical appliances. Its over priced
You must not like Steven G
@@GlowingFernSlowedAndReverb He's actually making a point this apartment's probably worth less than half of that
@@GlowingFernSlowedAndReverbNothing top do with liking someone its about Value for Money ,
PTSD from those condos falling! And who was responsible? I’ll pass
This condo rocks! It's so spacious and contemporary, and the views are a killer😍 As a European who's not familiar with the US property taxes, I wonder what would be the annual tax for a place like this?
underwater in 20 yrs
LOL 😂
A hurricane will take it out long before that.
They said that 30 years ago.
@@retrin9856 bet
No proble, they'll just turn it into Venice and make even more 💲
Professional and classy agents.
He said $3700 per square foot. The condo is 70,000 sq.ft so the price would be $280M…i think he ment $3700 per square meter
6700 sq.ft
No, 6700 sg.ft, condo has building amenities, that re the rest of the space.
um, u need to brush up on reading comprehension. it's 70k sq ft of amenities.
@@minigiant8998 ... but they told you in the video that the price is based on "interior square footage" ... 11:35
@Mini Giant I'm not denying that the unit is 6200 sqft. Maybe we're on the same page, but I don't agree with being referred to as a gnus. However, that is your opinion and I don't compete with pettiness. I hope you have a good one today.
$600k in annual cost and taxes lol. But the red state mouth breathers never stop telling us about how there's no state income tax lol.
Red states are filled with Taxes. They lie to you and make it seem like income tax is the only tax that exist lol.
I know right. I live in Michigan and I have to listen to all the mouth breathers talk about how great this place is too
And no sea level rise or storms. Haha haha.
In New York the taxes would be way more. Property taxes.
@@viptravels1542 looks like about 25% more... based on statewide average. (it would be 80% higher in Texas) Florida is about 1%, NY about 1.27% and Texas about 1.8% annually. (this ignores school taxes which are higher than property taxes most places)
Impresionante proyecto! las vistas son fantásticas y mucho más impresionantes al momento de un huracán!!
OMG they should get married and conceive bambinos!
I've never had a fear of heights or been uneasy but some about this building an unit has me worried to live there. Might be because of the Miami condo collapse or maybe how open it is but for the first time ever in my 40 yr life I would not want to live there. What if a category 5 hurricane 🌀 hits? Can the 3 ft above sea level support that huge building?
