TC should make a dual pedal where they combine the HoF and the Flashback. I would call it Flash of Fame and make it in murple colorways...

Probably been mentioned already but if you want just the wet signal and no guitar there's a switch inside - under the switch to turn true bypass on or off

The empty tone print is only dead until you press the Mash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least I think....
It has kill dry and buffered/non buffered dip switches inside the pedal.
Awesome demo Henning, this will probably replace my Boss RV-6 at some point. BTW, good luck getting it all the way up with your hand!

If TC came out with an X4HOF with Mash(which includes midi, hehe) an update or two to the mobile app including the editor on mobile, the reverb game would be over! Great review HP!

You couldnt hear the modulation because your reverb was too short and not loud enough to hear much at all, could barely hear the reverb and modulation only affects the wet signal if you had mode it 15 second reverb I reckon itd be clear. I think the drop down is templates that just change the parameters, good starting points to mess with. Not convinced on the reverb tone in this, versatile but not as nice as the Empress Reverb (a lot cheaper though).

no.3 wasnt dead in its factory setting ..it was frickn awesome & youve overwritten it .
play something with no sound then push the mash switch & the reverb tail fades back in reversed .
prob the coolest reverb effect ever & you wrote over it

And I agree, it's frickin' awesome.
How to not demo the Mash footswitch on a TC pedal, with your hand. The Mash under foot is very usable and expressive, especially when setting the parameters yourself in the editor. I wouldn't want to use that tech for a wah, but for any other type of swell effect it's real good. Strangely I also don't like that it's red looks really weird with the rest of my pedals, which are sparkly, purple, pink, & orange...that might be why.

great vid! Would you know whether the toneprints are interchangeable between pedals? For instance, can I load a HOF toneprint into a Triple delay. Also, if you have more than one TC toneprint pedal in your chain, does beaming a toneprint in go to only the pedal that its supposed to, or will it affect the TP enabled pedals as well. I'm guessing here, that each pedal would have its own unique ID so that this confusion won't happen?

In europe, (won't say their name), is the exclusive distributer. Everyone loses...
Argh thats annoying was looking at some bugera and behringer stuff too, most other retailers don't ship to australia without crazy shipping. For example for about 50 euros shipping from thomann something from the states (Sweetwater, Musicians Friend) could be from 100 euro to 300 euro minimum. Due to flat rate shipping from Thomann (not sure who else does this) I can get heaps of stuff including mics and accessories for a very low shipping price, so it is very disappointing when brands dont distribute through thomann.

So the 'Mod' setting is TC's version of Flerb??

i own one. I can not go fully wet. it is more like you can change the level of the reverb, not the dry signal.

I have over 100 pedals...
My favorite is actually.. a Behringer... It's a clone of something else, demolishes it, and other clones.. and it cost me $25.
It's plastic and it could break, but I can buy 8 of them for the price of what it cloned.
If you spent $25 for a Be-Ringer pedal you spent too much!
