I can't believe that I am doing this I mean i am finding ease with each practice and it use to be so hard not that it's not challenging because I would be lying if I said that but I can feel that grace u were talk about being connected to me body and it's not just my strength or any thing it's that grace and self worth and love, I've actually lost weight too it's amazing because I listen to u and stopped worrying about the end result and just focused on my practice and being in the moment on my mat taking time for me and it's just falling in line with everything else so thank u Adriene for doing this journey with us💛💗❤ and Namaste 🙇♀️💖.

Wow! Today something clicked in my head whilst I was practising - my breathing was deeper and longer, my movements were easier and I felt so completely 'zen'. I cried spontaneously for some reason when the video ended...I think it was the realisation after years of severe chronic pain (a few years back I couldn't even hold my hairdryer, or lift a book to read because it was so painful) that I am worthy, I am strong and I am in control of my body (not to mention that with yoga I am finding an avenue in life that I really love). I feel my pains easing every day, and my mental and physical strength returning. So thank you, Adriene, for your work, because for people like me you're literally changing my world forever.

I've been doing Yoga with Adriene for around a year and half. I decided to do the yearly daily video since the ordinary monthly playlist has mostly video that I did. I figure that I can take a break when January comes and do those or not. I find that my time on the mat feels less rushed. I feel more focused on each movement. The flexiblity is coming slower, but I'm giving myself the grace to move with ease and not force it. I find that focus on each movement and trying to do it to my best and not pressuring myself to bend in ways that are uncomfortable is helping me in so many ways on and off the mat.
Thank you for the modificaiton with the pigeon pose. Please continue to remind us how to use props to help support the poses that are challenging. That makes a big difference!

Wow day 21 already! I think the first time I did your intro to yin yoga practice was when I really found my love for slow movement, so the whole idea of slowing down our yoga is just perfect for me. I find myself moving my body more gently throughout the day since starting this challenge. I also take more moments than usual to stretch myself out a bit when I'm feeling sore or tight. What a lovely habit to pick up!

After a stressful night and awaiting potentially bad news this morning I said for the first time in a long time "don't check your email, until you do something for yourself." The anticipation is not a part of being on the mat. Today I was reflecting on why I have been able to maintain three years of almost daily practice with you Adriene. I cycle through the 30 day series, or if a Migraine attacks hits or a body part needs attention, I will use one of the videos that addresses it. For me, it is your gentle, encouraging spirit, the obvious love and attention you put into each video and the length. The 20 - 25 minute mark seems to be magic for me. Some days I can only manage a few minutes and others I'm keen to go longer but you have so many in the 20 minute range. I can stick with it and stay focused. My aching body thanks you for keeping us moving.
The days of this 30day complement the surrounding days perfectly. Every day is exactly what i need to recover from day before, and prepare for next day. Ive done most of your 30 day programs but this 30 resonates the heaviest by far. On the surface it seems very simple, but there are beautiful layers if you rly surrender! I've spent everyday of the last 5 months with you Adriene and we're def boys 4L, even if you don't know it. I'm very grateful for your existence

Man is made by his belief. As he believes so he is. Yes, I have been doing it from day1 but been doing Adriene's videos for years now (sometimes with breaks). To me it helps to start my day on a positive note with good thoughts, helps to focus on my day a lot more. Physically it gives me an awesome stretch, helps with my posture and challenges me to do things I don't usually do. I overall feel better both mentally and physically.
In this stage of my life and through yoga practice together im really learning finesse through difficult situations. Grace is something we all should def give and receive. Thank you. Namaste.
so today I cried on the mat. and yes, I was cursing Adriene. but I knew it was just the mood that followed me on the mat that led to that. after the squat bit I just bawled through it till the extended childs pose, where I was able to take some breaths and "let it go". I was frustrated today and my body wasn't performing comfortably and who knows what else was going on but I cried, and I did poses, and I pushed through. it's going to be a good day. Grace came to me today with an extra lift in my shoulders and when I bent my knee to my nose my arms grew even taller today! Namaste Adriene!

Thank you Adriene. Great flow. The concept of finesse is rarely discussed. As you say, what you do on the mat is what you do off of it. This helped me change my mindset about being rushed all the time!!! Thanks much!
Even though I follow your calendars everyday... It still never ceases to amaze me that each practice is always JUST what I need! I get a little emotional and teary-eyed at the end of every video because I leave my mat in better physical and mental shape then when I arrived. Thank you so much for sharing your passion to me and the world! You inspire me every single day to be where I am yet also explore and love myself more than yesterday! NAMASTE
