We travelled between Kilchoan and Resipol on the B8007.
Ardnamurchan has been described as the the Real Wild West. Travelling along this road, you can see why.

We found it amazing that just a few miles to the East the roads were busy - but here so beautifully quiet!
Thank you, Dave. Still, thinking back on my travels, the road is my favorite part of the trip. Some special feeling for a few hours. Especially at the beginning of the journey. Although your landscapes in between trips were stunning too.

We found out that it was called the Road to Everywhere because it been described the Road to Nowhere going back toward Ardnamurchan!!
But although Ardnamurchan is remote we loved it more than anywhere on the trip.
That Road was a bit hairy in places though! 😃

Exciting drive! That’s a pretty narrow road, good thing there’s not much traffic! Beautiful views along the way if you have a minute to look around! Nice mammals at the end, were they sea lions? They looked pretty big, and fun to watch! Great trip guys!!

Quite a few of them there. The wildlife around the Isle of Mull and Ardnamurchan is stunning.
And that road has been nicknamed the Road to Everywhere as people say that going the other way goes to nowhere
We totally disagree as we thought the Ardnamurchan was just wonderful. Remote and stunningly beautiful.
I saw and filmed so many lifers for me those few days!!
@@NBNatureTrailvan Awesome! Ah, ok gray seals- we have harbor seals and otters here, plus sea lions- I’m trying to learn them all! Fun to see them lounging around and swimming a bit! 👌😄

No one around there mate. The only cars were going the other way to a funeral we think.
It really is so remote. But just so beautiful.
Should have stopped for some of the views but was Sue was a bit worried about the dropoffs!!

Well it must have some incredible views mate. Nothing near that height for many miles and uninterrupted views to the west. Amazing place mate.
My driver's licence ends in 007...so people on the roads better be very weary when they see me coming! lol These single road tracks are crazy!! I'd be holding my breathe the whole time!! Sorry, I think you've gone the wrong way...better back track and start again! Wouldn't that be the story of my life!! LOL
They are pretty crazy Bruce. But ok as long as people coming the other way are sensible and respectful. Sadly some aren’t! We had a couple of near misses that morning 🤦🏻♂️ the blind bends have less passing places which makes it interesting to say the least! 😃😃

It was pretty nerve wracking in a motorhome but also an exciting drive. It’s such a remote place but so so beautiful.
We’re already looking to go back again as soon as we can. Hopefully later this year but into Europe first
