- What would you do if you got invited to Jay Leno’s Garage? Well, of course you’d say “YES!” and get to Burbank, CA as quickly as possible!
That’s what Jonathon Rivers did last year and luckily he captured some epic footage of Jay’s amazing car collection before shooting the Integra Type S video for Acura.

I had the pleasure of touring his garage last year and I met him on a couple of different occasions. He is a super nice guy with a great collection that no one will ever duplicate. I figured out one thing about him very quick, if you want to talk about "Hollywood" or "celebrities", he will shake your hand and say it was nice meeting you and end the conversation. If you talk to him about cars, he will talk to you all day. He is truely a gear head. Super guy and you are very lucky to have had the chance to do that. Great video!!

Filming the episode for his show was also a lot of fun, actually being able to go for a ride in the Integra Type S was so awesome!

That’s awesome! I’ve passed him in that on car on Angeles Crest Hwy before! 😱 Also, on the day of our shoot, he rolled in a Mustang GT350R (white with blue stripes)! 👍🏾

Yes his garage is insane🤯 it's all the hand painted art on the walls, the race trophies of famous drivers, the pictures on the wall of all the greatest car guys and designers

He actually knows who I am. We have talked on the phone a bunch of times and I was at his garage in Burbank- North Damon Way but he was busy. I ran into him in Vegas that weekend

Yes, he really is an amazing person, we filmed the episode only a few months after his accident where his face was injured from the fire, and yet he seemed totally unfazed.

Seriously nuts! The cool thing is, as amazing as the cars in the video are, the Teggy S holds its own in there :) I'm sure Jay has one of his own Integras now ;)

Thanks for the comment & feedback! The cables weren’t necessarily in the way, and it’s definitely a necessity otherwise he’ll have a lot of dead batteries since he doesn’t drive everything all the time.

Thanks for a great walk through. Always see this part, or that part, but great to get a good feel for the overall collection. You’re right, yes the cars are amazing, but so is the artwork on the walls. Any idea where he gets such huge prints? Does find them or have them made? Oh, you definitely have to go back so we can all live vicariously through you.

Yeah I tried my best to capture as much as I could, only to realize I missed a couple sections! 😭 Funny you mentioned the artwork, I thought the same thing, but… they’re actually huge paintings done by hand! 😱 I would (of course) absolutely love to go back… I’ll see what I can do.
