You have to get into the case, replace the broken parts with donor parts, start working on some other part of the bike that's not up to par, run into another huge problem, find another donor part on Craigslist, drive two hours to pick it up while Camera Girl knits something sitting on the passenger seat, you make jokes, she laughs.............a few videos later you do the first ride. That's how the universe works. Let's do this.
The relationship yall have is awesome! Also, please don't change your style. This feels like my buddy is making a video for me, not all of his "fans". Love it, and you crack me up. Keep on keepin on brotha.
Rewatching 5 years later because the humour is still golden, your relationship is still wholesome, and this video got me into fixing bikes and I love it
I don't understand why anyone would dislike this video, it has camera girl aka Jennifer a motorcycle that may or may not run and you aka Jake, what more do people want?
You have to build it now! Please make UA-cam your full time gig. You guys have way more personality and are more real than 99% of the other people on here. If you went full committed you could make this profitable gig. Just stay real, that’s what people love most about you and your channel. Been over 30 years since riding dirt bikes, now because of your channel I now have a dirt bike and a broken collarbone, but that is not going to stop me from watching your awesome vids! Keep up the great work.
@Jennies Garage , I bought a non running 2004 yz450f about a month ago. Sat for years with fuel in it that completely turned to muck like what you had. I cleaned the carb, or so I thought, and got the bike running, but poorly. Very similar to you wear it wouldn't immediately bog upon throttle. You need to take the screws out at the bottom of the float bowl out, and venture inside the inner passage ways of the carb. Those inner O-rings are for sure all swelled up, and falling apart and clogging the vital passage ways to let air in. My next door neighbor owns a moto shop, and I went with him and took the whole thing apart. Do this, and see what ya find in there. New O-RINGS and clean clean jets will make it run like a champ. Other than that, keep up the good work!
