Might I suggest a theme. Sell it for another project that you could in turn sell for more than the previous. Repeat this until you can walk into a shop and walk out with something brand spanking new. This would accomplish two or more goals. 1. More content 2. New bike 3. Teach your younger viewers about what you can end up with when you put the time and work in Love you guys and hope you the best!
I'll buy it for 2200, love your channel and videos and I feel like the best way to pay you back for these awesome videos would be buying that awesome motorcycle
Hey I’ve been watching you build this thing and my brother just bought a 450 and I was wondering what would you sell it for if you would ever sell it ?
My god, I haven't trail ridden in 40 years! Your pov video and "thats a jump" actually got my heart racing! I want so bad to try it again. Totally reminds me of my younger days in the back fields. Thanks!
I would love to see some new plastics and grips on it and then put it up for auction on eBay so the viewers have a chance to bid on it and then repeat the process, buy something broken and fix it up! Loved this mini-series!
Soo.. I started watching you yesterday and I love how when you replace something you explain what it does and it's propose. I love that thanks from your new subscriber!
Sell IT. Make just a little profit so you can get another cool project to document. Love these fix it videos! Please keep doing them, Perhaps next you can find a more vintage bike and fix it up?!
You're awesome dude! I love the way you keep it real by just being yourself and staying unique. That's what holds my attention so tightly. Also, you're a wizard with repairing the bike. Nice hit on that jump!
Man, I really like watching your videos guys. It's all around fun and I learn a few things about bikes here and there, I'm sure it helps that I already know my fair share when it comes to cars, but this has become one of my favorite channels on UA-cam
I really like seeing you fix old bikes and other stuff. Makes me want to get of my ass and go to the garage and repair tings! I think you should just buffer the plastic maybe new grip guards. Make it pretty on a budget. That’s inspiring!! Then sell it and dive into something else!! 😁
Keep up these videos! They teach you alot about the motors, diagnosing and repairing. Also your attitude is upmost positive vibes! Love how you and your wife and sometimes your boy get involved. Awesome stuff man! Keep it up!!
i spent from 9 to around 18 in my garage fixing bikes and i gotta say this was so nice to watch at nearly forty... your good people and i enjoyed watching the process.. i especially enjoyed your work on the gear train ..i always used to try and leave that in place because of 'the fear' but you breezed it and perhaps ignited the old spark in myself....may just have a little look for a fixer upper now. thanks guys ..and galls..gold stars all round.
One tip for your carburator to get the perfect idle is to actually buy yourself an air-fuel adjustable screw, makes life so much easier! Had some issues with idling myself and getting the perfect air-fuel ratio together with acceleration. It helped me alot buy getting the screw! Also when you're kickstarting, i'm noticing you're kickstarting it like it would be a 2-stroke, you should only kickstart when it's TDC and it should run after 1-2 kicks :)
I’ve been watching your videos for awhile now, and it gave me the idea to start to work on a little Moto 4 Yamaha that I road when I was around 10. I’ve never had a dirt bike, I’m hoping to save up enough money to buy one this summer... I just wanted to let you know that these videos are helping people get off their phone, and get outside. Keep up the good work. God bless.
I absolutely love this stuff! I just stumbled across the first video on the bike, got hooked, followed it through and subscribed. This is exactly the sort of thing we did when we were kids (like 14 through to 20 odd) just we didn't have the tools, money or the easy availability of spares! I'm 57 this year and I haven't ridden a motorcycle since I was about 27. I rode battered 90's, 125's, 250's, assorted trials bikes and then a Honda CX500 and finally a Z1000 J Kawasaki. I've got to get me an old lunker and restore it, I just have to!. You make it look easy and I know its not. Keep up the great work!.
I don't ride, I don't fix motorcycles, I don't even have a particular passion for cars or motorcycles and this is one of the most entertaining channels on youtube. It's just relaxing watching you fix stuff and finding out how the stuff works. Very happy that you started making videos more often!
I’m buying a bike just like this now because of you guys 👍🏼 great videos, great personalities, truly positive and helpful human beings with some kick ass rides 🤘🏼
this is the kind of relationship i want when I'm older someone that shares the same interests with me and wants to go riding with me. love the channel you've inspired me to go and get a wr450f
you literally have my dream life, knowledge on how to fix bikes, a partner/wife who takes an interest, and a kid to pass it all down to. got a new subscriber, both of your humour is great the way you joke with each other and the way you interact is just what relationships are about its a pleasure to watch.
Maybe do a giveaway? Maybe make up some merch to be available for purchase and those purchases count as entries. I’ve really enjoyed your content. I actually compare myself to you lol. I really enjoy finding project bikes and fixing them up.
Love your videos. keep fixing things man buy broken stuff and go through it. What I really like is seeing something get bought for say $300 then fix it up to be a beauty. I just like watching garbage be brought back to life. And when the person knows what they are talking about and have a sense of humor, like yourself. It makes it great to watch.
I love the slot machine reference for the kickstarter haha. Truer words have never been spoken. Anyone who's ever worked on a race dirt bike knows that feeling
I say you street and trail that bike since you've got the papers. You should sell the KDX, in my opinion, the WR has more potential. Just my opinion, do whatever you want. Great vids, can't wait for the next project.
keep it bro & fix another. Good job! Learning a lot here.. I got my cb400sf lying around in the garden after it was stolen, after I had just restored its suspension and polished the hell out of it... Now I have no idea what lies ahead.. This is inspiring to get me around fixing it!
I watch your videos on youtube on my tv set so I get a great view of your videos. First I would like to say camera girl has truly a golden heart and both of you have great comedy. I was so impressed with your 80cc honda scooter video I bought a 1985 elite 150 standard. Really like it, changed the drive belt and all. friggin great series man, I already watched all of it but I watched it again and enjoyed all of it! Makes me want to get out in my garage and get the two torn down engines back together asap.
I enjoyed the videos. It has given me hope for my 99 yz400 that I bought sitting in a barn filled with 4 year old gas. I need to get mine running too. Thanks for the motivation.
You've earned a new subscriber. You guys are awesome and I'm addicted to your wholesome videos! Cant wait for a new project bike! Not to mention I feel like I'm learning with each video.
Just found your videos and I have to say I truly enjoy them keep them coming. As far as the bike why not a raffle to cover your expenses and what not and let a lucky fan enjoy it👍
I enjoyed the videos. I haven't been on a dirt bike in about 40 years and have been toying with the idea of getting a cheap dual sport. I did a little dirt road riding a couple of years ago on my Vulcan Mean Streak but it's too heavy and low for real fun. Keep making videos for us.
This is what you should do with this bike an all future projects. You have over 240k subscribers, and you bike videos all have over 100k views. When you finish a project, you set a raffle for the bike; just a $1 ticket with the condition that a minimum amount of tickets be sold. All proceeds from the raffle go to the next project. Love the idea Thomas. How many subs are attorney bikers? How may would donate the advise for the auction/raffles? At approx $24k per raffle - you could ship it anywhere in the US and still make a ton of money. I think these two are so humble they wouldn’t ask. But we should help them catapult themselves financially and their channel by doing stuff like this. I would buy tickets with NO intension of taking the bike. I would give it back to him and let him raffle it again! Anyways, great idea Thomas!
@@gkmandymoo right? Shipping a bike cross country is only between 1000 and 1500, and would be built into the minimum I mentioned. A lawyer? That's fine, it's a one time thing that costs peanuts compared to what they could make.
really likes all free videos you guys did a really good job I'm happy you guys back to a girl running I have a 98 YZF 400 I'm working on trying to do a little bit of a restoration getting some broken parts fixed I love it when she's running
Sell it!
Buy something else broken.
Fix it and let us to watch.
Repeat.
That process has gained you 241,000 subscriber's. I think you just might have something...lol
Yes good ideal i like it
Keep on fixing🤘😂🤘
Yup, that’s what I was going to post. Sell it for as much as you can and fund new projects with the difference! Love this channel.
Unless you really want to keep it, sell to totally offset new projects.
Hopefully works out free, or at least little out of pocket expense.
Might I suggest a theme.
Sell it for another project that you could in turn sell for more than the previous. Repeat this until you can walk into a shop and walk out with something brand spanking new.
This would accomplish two or more goals.
1. More content

That's a swell idea
would love to watch that
Yes!!! This would be amazing
yes!! I love this idea as well.
Yes I'm on board with this. Fantastic
I love that they have such a great relationship, and run the channel together.
I completely agree she checks him but in a playful way and they keep it light and fun
True its a good addition to the channel
Same I loved motorbikes as a kid but I’m still a kid I mean a little kid
Seeing this guy fixing a blown engine makes me feel like I can do it too, just need to figure out where to learn all the know how...
Revhead bike engines are pretty easy to work on, I recommend buying a service manual though
You learn it by trying, and failing, and learning from it. Eventually you know what you're doing!
You also need tools....
Same way you get to carnegie hall. Practice practice practice. Or being frugal and working on junk...
It also helps that they record everthing
I'll buy it for 2200, love your channel and videos and I feel like the best way to pay you back for these awesome videos would be buying that awesome motorcycle
sell it to this guy, he is a legend. the money would help with more awesome videos. i'd buy it but im in Australia.
@Jennies Garage - Sell it to this guy to fund another youtube project! 😁👍
Get the money from this guy first fix it up to how you'd like it and then sell it off it would be a fun build and awesome bike for this guy!
Lol. You can get a 450 for that. But cool if you to offer that
sell it to this guy. he is offering good money and the channel needs it.
Here's my idea: Sell it to a viewer, and then schedule a ride with them for when you hit 250,000 subscribers... you're only 9000 or so away...
This! So much this!
Yeah do this
Hey I’ve been watching you build this thing and my brother just bought a 450 and I was wondering what would you sell it for if you would ever sell it ?
My god, I haven't trail ridden in 40 years! Your pov video and "thats a jump" actually got my heart racing! I want so bad to try it again. Totally reminds me of my younger days in the back fields. Thanks!
"Get a helmet, you Turkey" The best response ever lol
Well diagnosed Camera Girl - the student has become the master 😉
lol true dat.
The teacher maybe? 😉
Good job!!! Love your videos! Just sell it and move on to a new project!
1200? I would buy that in a heartbeat!
Love all your repair videos, your sense of humour, and that you and the wife do these together. Such a great channel!
raffle it off to subscribers. 5 bucks an entry you'd make your money back and then some and someone who watches could win your bike. win win
like in the song, "I got five on it"
I like this idea
I'd for sure put in 5 raffles on it
I would enter for 5 bucks too
I would throw 5 or 10 bucks in too! I like this idea myself
I'd check the valves adj. Could help the starting issue. Then throw some clean plastics a graphics kit and sell it for 1500-1800.
Keep buying junk and fixing it. With humorous commentary. Thank you.
I would love to see some new plastics and grips on it and then put it up for auction on eBay so the viewers have a chance to bid on it and then repeat the process, buy something broken and fix it up! Loved this mini-series!
SELL or TRADE for a profit and do a new resto on a vintage 2 stroke Three wheeler or Honda CR dirtbike, please?
sell it bro, make a profit, start another project :)
Be careful with jumps. As you grow older a hip takes a long time to heal :)
Ya ur such a king troll, more like loser who has no balls
Booty Bandit lmfao you just his ass
What a cute couple. I really enjoyed your vids.
Sell it and buy two more to fix obviously .
Nothing to fix = no videos.
Too much fun on big bike = hospital visit.
I can relate to that.
Bobby Holmes that’s facts can ride a smaller bike forever and usually not get hurt
good thing it aint a big bike
Depends on the rider
Ha ya that’s what happened to me I tore everything in my knee
Keep it.
Lots of power, light and tons of fun.

5 Springs Adventure you need a Honda XR or XL or a Yamaha TT OR XT
Best UA-cam channel out there!!! Love when a new video pops up :)
You are doing right now what I plan on doing when I retire, in about 5 years! Your an inspiration! Keep up the good work.

The bike must be fully warmed when you test response without choke
Exactly what I was thinking! It’s just needs warming up to be fully responsive.
Exactly what I was thinking! It’s just needs warming up to be fully responsive.
Petr Blazek that’s what I said
Great Job! I think you should keep it for your own enjoyment!
I'm just here rewatching your old videos a second time. The jokes mixed with the knowledge makes for great videos. 👍🏼
I really enjoyed watching all your videos on this bike. Great success. Runs great.. Killer job!
Polish the plastics, replace the hand guards and sell it!
Nice jump btw!
Enjoy it for awhile and sell it, then find a new project
Great series, keep it up you guys! Your channel is the best find on UA-cam this month.
I love the slot machine reference for the kickstarter haha. Truer words have never been spoken. Anyone who's ever worked on a race dirt bike knows that feeling
Supermoto build please
Raymond Bonilla Yes!
Yess
Ya buddy
Engine is too small for supermoto a 250 would just be a turd moto
I say you street and trail that bike since you've got the papers. You should sell the KDX, in my opinion, the WR has more potential. Just my opinion, do whatever you want. Great vids, can't wait for the next project.

Bigger and better each time, making money as u go
And also install a sweet pan
Paint it up and put second hand plastic on your bike. It would boost the value.

Problem is, stuff like that can get tricky legally. He'd have to go to a lawyer and figure all that out.
